3、udents and introduce the lesson objectives. 1.2 Ask students to look at flash pictures and shout out the words that have leant in the reading part. 1.3 Show a video to students about a famous English play, Robin Hood, in order to elicit the topic today. After watching the video, teacher ask a ques

4、tion about the video. (Q: What are the two main characters in the video?) 1.4 Introduce the basic information about Robin Hood to students. 2. While-reading 2.1 Ask the students to listen to the recording of the play script and read aloud. 2.2 Learning new vocabulary and words: ask the stude

5、nts to read the sentences with words in red and match its meaning. 2.3 Vocabulary exercise: students are required to look at the pictures and shout out the words. 2.4 Ask the students to read the passage again and answer the questions. 2.5 Introduce the basic elements of a story to the students a

6、nd ask the students to fill in the blanks in the table. 3. After-reading 3.1 Students are asked to think about a question about the passage: What do you think of Robin Hood? 4. Recap 4.1 Concept-checking question: What are the 5 elements in a story? 1. Warm-up (pre-reading) 1.1 Listen to t
