1、過去進(jìn)行時(shí) 一、定義 過去進(jìn)行時(shí)表示在過去某一時(shí)刻或某一段時(shí)間內(nèi)進(jìn) 行或發(fā)生的動(dòng)作，不一定已完成。其形式為 was /were + V-ing。 二、過去進(jìn)行時(shí)的用法 1.表示過去某一時(shí)間（正在）進(jìn)行的動(dòng)作。 I was watching TV at 7 last night. I was sleeping when it started to rain. *2.表示過去某一階段正在進(jìn)行的或暫時(shí)性的動(dòng)作。 At that time,I was working in Sydney. 3.表示一動(dòng)作正在進(jìn)行時(shí)，另一動(dòng)作同時(shí)突然發(fā)生。 (1)用 while連接 （ while只接 doing,用延續(xù)
2、性動(dòng)詞） (2） when表示（ when可以接 doing或 did，動(dòng)詞可以是 延續(xù)性的也可是短暫性的， when后動(dòng)作時(shí)間長，用 doing， 時(shí)間短，用 did） I was watching TV when someone knocked at the door. They ________(play) very hard at this time of last year. 四、與一般過去時(shí)的對(duì)比 都強(qiáng)調(diào)過去發(fā)生的事 但用 一般過去時(shí)，只是表示有過這件事（已做完）； 用 過去進(jìn)行時(shí)，則強(qiáng)調(diào)了動(dòng)作的連續(xù)性（未必已完 成）。 e.g. I was
