1、Unit 2 Working the land Warming-up, pre-reading, reading A pioneer for all the people 江清英 教材分析 WARMING-UP 通過(guò)提問(wèn)有關(guān)農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)村和農(nóng)作物種植的內(nèi)容,讓學(xué)生談?wù)勛约簩?duì)農(nóng)村和農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)的認(rèn)識(shí)或經(jīng)驗(yàn)。教師可通過(guò)討論讓學(xué)生互相學(xué)習(xí),相互交流經(jīng)驗(yàn)以增加他們的農(nóng)業(yè)知識(shí)。 PRE-READING 部分有兩組問(wèn)題。在第一組問(wèn)題中,討論大米在東亞和東南亞國(guó)家人民生活中的重要性;而第二組問(wèn)題則提出世界部分地區(qū)所面臨的饑餓問(wèn)題。由此激發(fā)學(xué)生對(duì)世界的關(guān)注,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的同情心。 READING
2、部分介紹中國(guó)著名的農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)家袁隆平的生平和他的雜交水稻。第一段描述了袁博士的外表——他更象一個(gè)農(nóng)民而不象一個(gè)科學(xué)家,農(nóng)村就是他做科研的殿堂。他的科研成果就是超級(jí)雜交水稻。第二段描述他的家庭出身,學(xué)業(yè),獻(xiàn)身水稻科研的原因及所取得的成就。第三段告訴我們?cè)┦窟^(guò)著跟普通人一樣的生活卻干著偉大的事業(yè)。即使在功成名就之后,他也淡泊名利, 有著無(wú)私奉獻(xiàn)的高尚精神。 Teaching aims: 1.
