摘要
本設(shè)計(jì)為封蓋機(jī)設(shè)計(jì),主要應(yīng)用于白酒企業(yè),對(duì)白酒進(jìn)行封蓋,其生產(chǎn)率為
2000瓶/小時(shí),所適應(yīng)的瓶高為 60-100mm,瓶口直徑為 ①2226mm 。
該機(jī)器由電動(dòng)機(jī)提供動(dòng)力,電機(jī)選用鼠籠式三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī),工作時(shí),通過(guò) 兩條傳動(dòng)鏈輸出:一條經(jīng)過(guò)一級(jí)帶傳動(dòng)和蝸輪蝸桿減速器驅(qū)動(dòng)曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)使電 動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹本€往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng);另外一條是
2、電動(dòng)機(jī)通過(guò)兩級(jí)帶傳動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)滾壓頭中 心軸做旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)滾壓頭同時(shí)做旋轉(zhuǎn)、直線運(yùn)動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)瓶口的封蓋。 曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、加工容易、維修方便、經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用的優(yōu)點(diǎn),在機(jī)械設(shè) 備中應(yīng)用廣泛。本設(shè)計(jì)中,通過(guò)對(duì)平面曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)的數(shù)學(xué)建模,用 MATLAB
編程,輸入曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)的機(jī)構(gòu)參數(shù)和運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù), 實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)整個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程的仿
真分析。
