<p>WG20型蝸桿減速箱體加工工藝規(guī)程及銑側(cè)面夾具設(shè)計【優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設(shè)計含7張CAD圖紙+帶非標零件+工藝過程、工序卡+任務(wù)書+開題報告+外文翻譯】-jjsj13-2</p><p>WG20型蝸桿減速箱體加工工藝規(guī)程及銑側(cè)面夾具設(shè)計</p><p>摘 要</p><p>通過對蝸桿減速箱體的加工工藝路線的確定,該零件的加工以底面作為基準是合適的,本加工工藝方案滿足粗基準選擇的基本要求及精基準選擇的四項原則。本夾具為專用夾具,該夾具的特點是針對性強、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、操作簡便、生產(chǎn)率高。在本次設(shè)計中,夾具的設(shè)計滿足機床夾具總體方案設(shè)計的基本要求,充分保證零件加工質(zhì)量,具有較高的生產(chǎn)效率和較低的制造成本以及具有良好的結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性。本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容是機械加工工藝規(guī)程編制和工序?qū)S脢A具設(shè)計。我能綜合運用機械制造技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)和其它課程的基本理論和方法,為了能夠完成蝸桿減速箱體機械加工工藝及銑側(cè)面夾具的設(shè)計任務(wù),綜合運用所學的知識,應(yīng)用正確的設(shè)計方法,制訂了蝸桿減速箱體的機械加工工藝規(guī)程。結(jié)合工藝設(shè)計內(nèi)容,熟練應(yīng)用工藝計算方法,對相關(guān)工藝內(nèi)容進行了正確的分析設(shè)計和計算,如切削力、切削功率、切削速度、工藝參數(shù)、定位誤差、夾緊力等。</p><p>關(guān)鍵詞 :機械加工 工藝規(guī)程 專用夾具 蝸桿減速箱體</p><p>Abstract</p><p>Determined by the process of worm gear box, the parts processing to the bottom as the benchmark is appropriate, the processing technology solutions to meet the four basic requirements of the principle of coarse and fine reference datum. The fixture is a special clamp, and the fixture is characterized by strong pertinence, compact structure, simple operation and high productivity. In this design, fixture design and meet the basic requirements of overall design of the fixture, and fully guarantee the quality of machining and has high production efficiency and low manufacturing cost and good structure technology.
