刮板輸送機(jī)刮板鏈張緊檢測(cè)與控制
設(shè)計(jì)、研究、分 I 4 <4刮板輸送機(jī)刮板鏈張緊檢測(cè)與控制牛紅賓(山西平舒煤業(yè)有限公司,山西 晉中045400)摘搖要:對(duì)于刮板輸送機(jī)刮板鏈的張緊檢測(cè)與控制問題,首先分析了刮板鏈上4處關(guān)鍵位置的張緊力大小順序 ,由此得岀在機(jī)頭鏈輪分離點(diǎn)進(jìn)行張緊程度檢測(cè)的方案;隨后,對(duì)機(jī)頭鏈輪下方刮板鏈的懸垂量進(jìn)行了數(shù)學(xué)建模和實(shí)際檢測(cè)方法研究,并最終提岀了刮板鏈張力檢測(cè)與控制系統(tǒng)的組成結(jié)構(gòu)與功能。關(guān)鍵詞:刮板輸送機(jī)搖刮板鏈搖張緊檢測(cè)搖張緊力控制中圖分類號(hào):TD528.3搖搖搖搖搖文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A搖 搖搖搖搖文章編號(hào):1002-6886 (2019) 03-0091-04Tension detect ion and con trol of scraper cha in of scraper con veyorNIU HongbinAbstract:For the problem of tension detection and control of scraper chain of scraper conveyor,firstly the tension force of four key positions on scraper chain is analyzed,and the schemeof testing the tension degreeat the separating point of the nose sprocket is obtained.Thenthe mathematical model of the sagof the scraper chain under the nose sprocket is established and the actual detection method is studied.
