摘 要
沖壓模具類型中,級(jí)進(jìn)模生產(chǎn)效率高,容易實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)機(jī)械化和自動(dòng)化,常用于在批量生產(chǎn)。
本文依據(jù)自行車(chē)腳蹬內(nèi)板沖壓落料模,沖壓零件結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,精度要求不高,尺寸不大,屬于常年大批量生產(chǎn)。經(jīng)過(guò)結(jié)構(gòu)分析和工藝分析,擇優(yōu)方案如下:采用多工位級(jí)進(jìn)模生產(chǎn),分別進(jìn)行沖孔、翻邊、整形、沖大孔、沖小孔、落料六道基本工序。零件材料為Q235,此材料塑性好,有一定強(qiáng)度,適用于受力不大的零件。除了凹、凸模之外,定位是級(jí)進(jìn)模設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn),經(jīng)過(guò)計(jì)算與比較,第一工位設(shè)置始用擋料裝置、第二工位采用彈頂擋料銷(xiāo)、其余工位采用導(dǎo)正銷(xiāo)結(jié)合導(dǎo)料板進(jìn)行定位,以保證定位的準(zhǔn)確和沖壓件的尺寸要求。并配合對(duì)角型導(dǎo)柱模架進(jìn)行導(dǎo)向,以提高模具壽命和工作質(zhì)量。此外,托料桿保證送料,彈性卸料板卸料,卸料力不太大并且沖壓時(shí)可兼起壓料作用。該級(jí)進(jìn)模方案可以實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn),提高工作效率,并且降低成本,同時(shí)保證工件的生產(chǎn)要求。

Abstract
In the different types of stamping die, the progressive die is commonly used in mass production because of high production efficiency, and it is easy to implement mechanization and automation in the production
On the basic of the bicycle pedal board stamping blanking die, this stamping parts has simple structure, the precision of the part is not too high, the size is not big, shape is not complex, and it belongs to high-volume production. After the structural analysis and process analysis, the final program has been determine, that is, the multi-position progressive die is used in production, next, it respectively finishes six basic processes including piercing ,flanging, shaping, punching the large holes, punching the small holes and blanking. the material of the part is Q235 which has good plastic and certain strength,it is usually used for the parts which is not force heavily.In addition to the terrace die and the lower die, positioning is the focus of progressive die design,. After calculated and compared, the always-used trigger device is used in the first operating station, the trigger stop is used in the second operating station, the other station use guide pins to work with the guide plate for positioning which will ensure the accurate position and size requirements of the stampings. diagonal guide pillars die set with spring stripper is for guide to improve die life and quality of the workpieces. The holding pole is used to ensure the material feeding, the spring stripper to discharge, its discharge power is not too large and it can binder in the stamping. This program of progressive die can automate the production, improve efficiency and reduce costs, at the same time, it can ensure the production requirements of the workpiece
