摘要：本文研究的是連接盤小批生產(chǎn)鑄造工藝設(shè)計(jì)，在論文中首先敘述了鑄造的優(yōu)點(diǎn)、現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。接著敘述了兩種造型方法，手工造型和機(jī)械造型，并簡(jiǎn)單分析了各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。其次對(duì)鑄造工藝進(jìn)行了敘述，包括澆注口位置的選擇、分型面的選擇、工藝參數(shù)的確定對(duì)鑄件質(zhì)量的影響。然后結(jié)合上述工藝特點(diǎn)對(duì)本次設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行規(guī)劃，包括零件圖的繪制、木型的設(shè)計(jì)、翻砂造型、造芯、分型面的選擇及澆注工藝等。最后對(duì)本次設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
