汽車懸架種類和工作原理

麥弗遜獨(dú)立懸架的特點(diǎn)
麥弗遜懸架部分由下擺臂、轉(zhuǎn)向節(jié)總成(包括減振器下體、輪轂軸、制動(dòng)底板等)、轉(zhuǎn)向橫拉桿、減振器上體、轉(zhuǎn)向器齒條、車輪總成、車身共7 個(gè)剛體組成。 減振器上

懸價(jià)的發(fā)展的歷史和現(xiàn)狀
完美是人類永恒的追求。在馬車出現(xiàn)的時(shí)候, 為了乘坐更舒適, 人類就開始對(duì)馬車的懸架——葉片彈簧進(jìn)行孜孜不倦的探索,在1776 年, 馬車用的葉片彈簧取得了專利, 并且一直使用到20 世紀(jì)30 年代, 葉片彈簧才逐漸被螺旋彈簧代替, 汽車誕生后,隨著對(duì)懸架研究的深入, 相繼出現(xiàn)了扭桿彈簧、氣體彈簧、橡膠彈簧、鋼板彈簧等彈性件,1934 年世界上出現(xiàn)了第一個(gè)由螺旋彈簧組成的被動(dòng)懸架。 被動(dòng)懸架的模型如圖1 (a) 所示被動(dòng)懸架的參數(shù)根據(jù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)或優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的方法確定, 在行駛過程中保持不變,它是一系列路況的折中, 很難適應(yīng)各種復(fù)雜路況, 減振的效果較差,為了克服這種缺陷, 采用了非線性剛度彈簧和車身高度調(diào)節(jié)的方法, 雖然有一定成效, 但無法根除被動(dòng)懸架的弊端。被動(dòng)懸架主要應(yīng)用于中低檔轎車上, 現(xiàn)代轎車的前懸架一般采用帶有橫向穩(wěn)定桿的麥弗遜式懸架, 比如桑塔納、夏利、賽歐等車, 后懸架的選擇較多, 主要有復(fù)合式縱擺臂懸架和多連桿懸架,半主動(dòng)懸架的研究工作開始于1973 年, 由D.A. Karnopp 首先提出模型如1 (b).半主動(dòng)懸架以改變懸架的阻尼為主, 一般較少考慮改變懸架的剛度。工作原理是: 根據(jù)簧上質(zhì)量相對(duì)車輪的速度響應(yīng)、加速度響應(yīng)等反饋信號(hào), 按照一定的控制規(guī)律調(diào)節(jié)彈簧的阻尼力或者剛度,半主動(dòng)懸架產(chǎn)生力的方式與被動(dòng)懸架相似, 但其阻尼或剛度系數(shù)可根據(jù)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)調(diào)節(jié), 這和主動(dòng)懸架極為相似,有級(jí)式半主動(dòng)懸架是將阻尼分成幾級(jí), 阻尼級(jí)由駕駛員根據(jù)“路感”選擇或由傳感器信號(hào)自動(dòng)選擇,無級(jí)式半主動(dòng)懸架根據(jù)汽車行駛的路面條件和行駛狀態(tài), 對(duì)懸架的阻尼在幾毫秒內(nèi)由最小到最大進(jìn)行無級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)。由于半主動(dòng)懸架結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單, 工作時(shí)不需要消耗車輛的動(dòng)力, 而且可取得與主動(dòng)懸架相近的性能,具有很好的發(fā)展前景[ 4 ]隨著道路交通的不斷發(fā)展, 汽車車速有了很大的提高, 被動(dòng)懸架的缺陷逐漸成為提高汽車性能的瓶頸, 為此人們開發(fā)了能兼顧舒適和操縱穩(wěn)定的主動(dòng)懸架。主動(dòng)懸架的概念是1954 年美國通用汽車公司在懸架設(shè)計(jì)中率先提出的,主動(dòng)懸架的模型如圖1 (c) 所示,它在被動(dòng)懸架的基礎(chǔ)上, 增加可調(diào)節(jié)剛度和阻尼的控制裝置, 使汽車懸架在任何路面上保持最佳的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。控制裝置通常由測(cè)量系統(tǒng)、反饋控制系統(tǒng)、能源系統(tǒng)等組成。20 世紀(jì)80 年代, 世界各大著名的汽車公司和生產(chǎn)廠家競(jìng)相研制開發(fā)這種懸架,豐田、洛特斯、沃爾沃、奔馳等在汽車上進(jìn)行了較為成功的試驗(yàn)。裝置主動(dòng)懸架的汽車, 即使在不良路面高速行駛時(shí), 車身非常平穩(wěn), 輪胎的噪音小, 轉(zhuǎn)向和制動(dòng)時(shí)車身保持水平,特點(diǎn)是乘坐非常舒服, 但結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、能耗高, 成本昂貴, 可靠性存在問題。由于種種原因, 我國的汽車絕大部分采用被動(dòng)懸架,在半主動(dòng)和主動(dòng)懸架的研究方面起步晚, 與國外的差距大[5]。在西方發(fā)達(dá)國家, 半主動(dòng)懸架在20 世紀(jì)80 年代后期趨于成熟, 福特公司和日產(chǎn)公司首先在轎車上應(yīng)用, 取得了較好的效果,主動(dòng)懸架雖然提出早, 但由于控制復(fù)雜, 并且牽涉到許多學(xué)科, 一直很難有大的突破。進(jìn)入20 世紀(jì)90 年代, 僅應(yīng)用于排氣量大的豪華汽車, 未見國內(nèi)汽車產(chǎn)品采用此技術(shù)的報(bào)道, 只有北京理工大學(xué)和同濟(jì)大學(xué)等少數(shù)幾個(gè)單位對(duì)主動(dòng)懸架展開研究。
懸架的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)
被動(dòng)懸架是傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu), 剛度和阻尼都是不可調(diào)的, 依照隨機(jī)振動(dòng)理論, 它只能保證在特定的路況下達(dá)到較好效果,但它的理論成熟、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、性能可靠, 成本相對(duì)低廉且不需額外能量, 因而應(yīng)用最為廣泛,在我國現(xiàn)階段, 仍然有較高的研究?jī)r(jià)值L被動(dòng)懸架性能的研究主要集中在三個(gè)方面: ①通過對(duì)汽車進(jìn)行受力分析后, 建立數(shù)學(xué)模型, 然后再用計(jì)算機(jī)仿真技術(shù)或有限元法尋找懸架的最優(yōu)參數(shù); ②研究可變剛彈簧和可變阻尼的減振器, 使懸架在絕大部分路況上保持良好的運(yùn)行狀態(tài); ③研究導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu), 使汽車懸架在滿足平順性的前提下, 穩(wěn)定性有大的提高L半主動(dòng)懸架的研究集中在兩個(gè)方面: ①執(zhí)行策略的研究; ②執(zhí)行器的研究L阻尼可調(diào)減振器主要有兩種, 一種是通過改變節(jié)流孔的大小調(diào)節(jié)阻尼, 一種是通過改變減振液的粘性調(diào)節(jié)阻尼,節(jié)流孔的大小一般通過電磁閥或步進(jìn)電機(jī)進(jìn)行有級(jí)或無級(jí)的調(diào)節(jié), 這種方法成本較高, 結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,通過改變減振液的粘性來改變阻尼系數(shù), 具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、成本低、無噪音和沖擊等特點(diǎn), 因此是目前發(fā)展的主要方向。在國外, 改變減振液粘性的方法主要有電流變液體和磁流變液體兩種。北京理工大學(xué)的章一鳴教授進(jìn)行了阻尼可調(diào)節(jié)半主動(dòng)懸架的研究, 林野進(jìn)行了懸架自適應(yīng)調(diào)節(jié)的控制決策研究, 哈工大的陳卓如教授對(duì)車輛的自適應(yīng)控制方面進(jìn)行了研究,執(zhí)行策略的研究是通過確定性能指標(biāo), 然后進(jìn)行控制器的設(shè)定。目前, 模糊控制在這方面應(yīng)用較多。主動(dòng)懸架研究也集中在兩個(gè)方面: ①可靠性; ②執(zhí)行器;由于主動(dòng)懸架采用了大量的傳感器、單片機(jī)、輸出輸入電路和各種接口, 元器件的增加降低了懸架的可靠性, 所以加大元件的集成程度, 是一個(gè)不可逾越的階段。行器的研究主要是用電動(dòng)器件代替液壓器件,氣動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)中的直線伺服電機(jī)和永磁直流直線伺服電機(jī)具有較多的優(yōu)點(diǎn), 今后將會(huì)取代液壓執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)L運(yùn)用電磁蓄能原理, 結(jié)合參數(shù)估計(jì)自校正控制器, 可望設(shè)計(jì)出高性能低功耗的電磁蓄能式自適應(yīng)主動(dòng)懸架, 使主動(dòng)懸架由理論轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)際應(yīng)用,技術(shù)的每次跨越, 都和相關(guān)學(xué)科的發(fā)展密切相關(guān),計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)、模糊控制、神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)、運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真等為懸架的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提供了有力的保障,懸架的發(fā)展也給相關(guān)學(xué)科提出更高的理論要求, 使人類的認(rèn)識(shí)邁向新的、更高的境界。
