Electronically controlled diesel fuel injection system is the main development features to meet more stringent emissions regulations are a powerful tool. The mechanical design of the traditional basis of VE distributor pumps for the control of inaccurate, low fuel utilization shortcomings of the mechanical pump to improve distribution, to oil, timing, speed to achieve electronic control, thus can increase the fuel supply characteristics and the control precision, but also the diversification of control characteristics during injection. In addition, design of mechanical parts of the distribution pump to model after the use of CATIA, and apply ANSYS and CATIA finite element analysis to do to get parts of the simulation model and finite element analysis results.
