摘要
鋼筋切斷機(jī)是把鋼筋切成所需長(zhǎng)度的專用機(jī)械在大型建筑工地上的應(yīng)用非常廣泛。鋼筋切斷機(jī)分為機(jī)械傳動(dòng)和液壓傳動(dòng)兩種。機(jī)械傳動(dòng)式鋼筋切斷機(jī),工作時(shí)大都采用電動(dòng)機(jī)經(jīng)一級(jí)三角帶傳動(dòng)和二級(jí)齒輪傳動(dòng)減速后,帶動(dòng)曲軸旋轉(zhuǎn),曲軸推動(dòng)連桿使滑塊和動(dòng)刀片在機(jī)座的滑道中作往復(fù)直線運(yùn)動(dòng),使活動(dòng)刀片和固定刀片相錯(cuò)而切斷鋼筋。
GQ40B型鋼筋切斷機(jī),其剪切運(yùn)動(dòng)是由一曲型的曲軸連桿機(jī)構(gòu)完成的。但是由于切斷機(jī)機(jī)體內(nèi)腔狹小,在裝配曲軸連桿時(shí)比較困難。尤其是在使用中發(fā)生故障需要維修時(shí),拆卸曲軸連桿更加不容易,給維修造成很大的不變,因此在不改變?cè)O(shè)備功能的情況下,我對(duì)曲軸連桿機(jī)構(gòu)做了一些改進(jìn)。
改進(jìn)后的凸輪結(jié)構(gòu)直接從機(jī)體航的注冊(cè)孔中裝入和取出。而不必拆卸連桿,大大簡(jiǎn)化了裝配程序,減輕的工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。同時(shí)也極大的方便了維修,還簡(jiǎn)化了零件的工藝過程,取得良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
