From my own experience I find this truth: TV is bad for family and friendship. There are three reasons.

Firstly, its hard to take a good use of TV. Too many TV series, advertisements, and many other things on TV could attract too much attention or time in real life. Thus, your valuable youth will surely loses many oppertunities and meaningful activities. Its true for your whole family.
Secondly, if
