摘要
本設計題目為Z形彎曲模設計，體現(xiàn)了典型Z形彎曲模的設計要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設計意義。通過對該零件模具的設計，進一步加強了設計者對彎曲模設計的基礎知識的了解與掌握，為設計更復雜的彎曲模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。
本設計運用彎曲成型工藝及模具設計的基礎知識，首先分析了板材的性能要求，為選取模具的類型做好了準備；然后計算了彎曲件的彎曲力，便于選取壓力機噸位及確定壓力機型號；最后分析了彎曲件的特征，確定模具的設計參數(shù)、設計要點及頂出裝置的選取。
本設計采用了組合上下模成型Z形件，這種結(jié)構(gòu)能有效的防止坯料的偏移，成形機構(gòu)動作靈活可靠，設計方便，非常適合在本副模具中使用。
