船用廢氣燃燒臂是一種用于排放輪船尾氣的一套裝備,其中燃燒臂為懸臂結構.在現(xiàn)有的燃燒臂過程中,一般采用船用吊機的設計方法所設計的結構過于保守,使得結構質量偏大.燃燒臂結構安全系數(shù)會過大,不僅導致材料浪費和成本增加,而且還會對整個船體的穩(wěn)定性不利.回面燃燒臂結構需要進行專門的設計.本文燃燒臂底座采用了專門用于回轉的回轉支承.
