教學(xué)對象
八年級學(xué)生通過前兩冊書和本單元Welcome to the Unit的學(xué)習(xí),認(rèn)識了許多的動物,應(yīng)該有話可說,有話要說。通過本課的教學(xué)以復(fù)習(xí)學(xué)過的內(nèi)容,達(dá)到溫故而知新的目的。

通過視頻和游戲來復(fù)習(xí)學(xué)過的動物,不僅能給學(xué)生留下深刻的印象,激發(fā)他們的求知興趣,同時鍛煉了學(xué)生的口語能力,調(diào)動了他們的學(xué)習(xí)積極性,讓學(xué)生在輕松愉快的氛
16、圍中復(fù)習(xí)了學(xué)過的各種動物。
猜動物游戲以大熊貓結(jié)尾,自然過渡到本課主題。通過一環(huán)扣一環(huán)的提問,相繼呈現(xiàn)需要學(xué)生掌握的詞匯。這一環(huán)節(jié)能誘發(fā)他們的求知興趣,牢固掌握生詞。
在文章的處理上,我將全文分為兩部分。先整體通讀全文了解大熊貓的概況。再聽第一部分關(guān)于大熊貓生長過程的錄音,同時欣賞直觀的熊貓成長視頻。此時,我預(yù)先設(shè)計(jì)的兩個問題促使學(xué)生聽和看時緊張思索,這樣就緊緊抓住了學(xué)生的注意力,避免他們感到聽得乏味。在回答問題的同時學(xué)生又鍛煉了聽力和口頭表達(dá)能力,提高了邏輯思維能力和語言運(yùn)用能力。第二部分是大熊貓獨(dú)立生活后可能遇到的問題。我要求學(xué)生通過聽和仔細(xì)
17、的反復(fù)的閱讀來自己找出各種問題,并小組討論來發(fā)現(xiàn)更多的威脅。這樣的處理方法激發(fā)了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)熱情,讓每個人都參與到課堂中來,同時又鍛煉了他們的自學(xué)能力和口語能力。
通過改編對話,采訪,小組討論,有節(jié)奏的吟唱等環(huán)節(jié)的設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)一步提煉出文章的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),幫助學(xué)生理解。特別是采訪這一環(huán)節(jié),由于加入了搶答加分的方式,進(jìn)一步激發(fā)了學(xué)生的熱情,將整節(jié)課的氣氛推向了高潮。
對文章主體內(nèi)容處理完畢之后,我選用了集體討論和有節(jié)奏的吟唱的形式,給每個學(xué)生表達(dá)自己觀點(diǎn)的機(jī)會,拓寬學(xué)生的思路,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生探討出希望這一名字背后的隱含意義,喚起學(xué)生保護(hù)野生動物,愛護(hù)大自然的情感。
通過根據(jù)課文內(nèi)容缺詞填空
18、這一題型有效地檢驗(yàn)了本節(jié)課學(xué)生的掌握情況,而設(shè)計(jì)海報(bào)這一獨(dú)具創(chuàng)意的家庭作業(yè),將學(xué)習(xí)活動延伸到了課外。
教學(xué)反思
這節(jié)課的教學(xué)目標(biāo)是了解大熊貓的生長過程和面臨的危險。具體涉及語言、技能、策略、情感等方面內(nèi)容。語言知識包括outside bamboo leaf The baby panda look like grow into Sadly, it’s very difficult for giant pandas to survive in the wild.等四會內(nèi)容。還有survive following reserve up to on their own kill…
19、for… When Xi Wang was born, she weighed just 100 grams.等三會內(nèi)容。語言技能是學(xué)生們能用這些語言知識來談?wù)摫Wo(hù)大熊貓。情感態(tài)度方面主要是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生熱愛野生動物,熱愛大自然。學(xué)習(xí)策略方面要學(xué)生通過individual work, pair work和group work等主動高效地學(xué)習(xí),除了記住單詞,理解文本內(nèi)容外,還要善于把握交流機(jī)會,學(xué)會計(jì)劃,實(shí)施和反思。
本課是一篇介紹大熊貓的科普文章,我在備課時增加了watching the videos, guessing game, making up dialogues, interview,
20、 chant,discussion等活動,不但滿足了學(xué)生的表演欲望,還可以激發(fā)學(xué)生的靈活性和創(chuàng)造性,提高他們的邏輯思維能力和語言運(yùn)用能力,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的人際交往能力和語言綜合運(yùn)用能力。尤其是視頻加游戲?qū)牒筒稍L這兩個環(huán)節(jié),深受學(xué)生的喜愛,不僅活躍了課堂氣氛,同時還有助于學(xué)生對知識的掌握和能力的培養(yǎng)。
這樣充滿“樂”感的課堂,讓學(xué)生感悟知識的價值,使學(xué)習(xí)變得有趣,
課堂也成為了師生互動的課堂。
方法是教學(xué)的成敗之關(guān)鍵。在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中所運(yùn)用的方法和模式都不會僅僅限于一種。這不僅是教學(xué)的需要,也是學(xué)習(xí)者心理的需要。在本課中我交替使用了聽說法、交際法、視聽法、多媒體教學(xué)法和任務(wù)型教學(xué)法,做到動靜結(jié)合,有張有弛,讓學(xué)生始終保持良好的學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)。
總的來說,這是一堂比較成功的課,對于我今后的課堂也有很多的啟示。我還要更細(xì)心的觀察平時的每一節(jié)課,進(jìn)一步的提高自己的教學(xué)水平。
