加工工藝的水平,從某種角度上來說決定制造水平,它是提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的重要保證。重點(diǎn)需要解決的問題是進(jìn)行高水平的工藝設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)定位精度高、加緊可靠而又方便制造的夾具。

本課題要求根據(jù)所給定的零件圖,分析其加工工藝,依據(jù)工藝特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行工藝及夾具的整體結(jié)構(gòu)及各主要零部件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。
通過本學(xué)期畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),要達(dá)到能綜合運(yùn)用大學(xué)期間所學(xué)各種知識(shí),逐漸養(yǎng)成一種能獨(dú)立發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、分析問題和解決問題能力的思維意識(shí)。
二、畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容和要求

2 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)具體實(shí)施步驟
1、初步了解畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)課題的實(shí)際意義、課題在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展概況,編寫開題報(bào)告,重點(diǎn)完成對(duì)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)課題實(shí)施方案的描述;
2、完成零件工藝分析并確定毛坯制造方法、尺寸、繪毛坯圖;
3、選擇加工方法,擬定工藝路線,進(jìn)行工藝設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算畫工序簡圖,填工藝文件;
4、設(shè)計(jì)完成夾具結(jié)構(gòu)總裝圖及主要零部件設(shè)計(jì);
5、編寫設(shè)計(jì)說明書;
2 設(shè)計(jì)要求
1、要求學(xué)生在教師指導(dǎo)下獨(dú)立完成設(shè)計(jì)說明書一份(2萬字左右)
2、要求學(xué)生獨(dú)立繪制零件圖及裝配圖(約3張零號(hào)圖紙)其中一張A0要求手繪
3、要求學(xué)生所繪圖樣符合機(jī)械制圖的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件要按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)畫法、簡化畫法或比例畫法繪制,并要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。
4、要求學(xué)生在圖樣上要有正確的、較完整的尺寸標(biāo)注與技術(shù)要求。
5、要求在機(jī)件的表達(dá)方法上有獨(dú)到的見解,視圖選擇正確、布置合理。
