摘 要
在我國的能源構(gòu)成中,煤炭占十分重要地位。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,在我國能源生產(chǎn)和消費中,煤炭約占總質(zhì)量的百分之七十五左右。目前市長銷售蜂窩煤的質(zhì)量仍較普遍存在強度低、灰分高、固硫率低及不防水等缺點。這樣不僅降低了散煤的燃燒率,造成了資源浪費,并且造成了嚴重的污染了環(huán)境。
因此,蜂窩煤成型機設(shè)備是型煤生產(chǎn)中的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,他的發(fā)展對我國經(jīng)濟有著深遠的意義。
本設(shè)計的是一種新型的蜂窩煤成型機,即氣壓式蜂窩煤成型機,改用氣缸帶動沖頭往復(fù)上下運動。本設(shè)計整體機結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn),不揚塵,噪聲低,并具有高效、節(jié)能、噪音低、性能穩(wěn)、震動小、壽命長、溫升幅度大、結(jié)構(gòu)先進、等優(yōu)點。最重要的是,大幅度的提高了生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量

Abstract
Energy mixing in China, the coal is in very important position. According to statistics in China's energy consumption and production , coal accounts for about 75%of all. However, but sold honeycomb coal has many defect such as lower compressive strength, high ash, lower sulfur retention and non-waterproof. So it not only reduced the coal combustion rate, the waste of resources,but also cause a great deal of damage to the environment.thenefore.
Therefore, molding machine equipment is the key tocoal production, so the development of molding machine equipment has the practical meaning for national economy.
The utility model relates to a new honeycomb briquet moulding machine,It use cylinder driving the punch reciprocating motion, The whole screen has the advantages of compact structure, steady and smooth running, no dust flying, low noise, as well as easy operation and maintenance,And has high efficiency, low noise, stable performance, small vibration, long life, , advanced structuree and so on. Most of all,it enhances assembly effectiveness and products quality.
