本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)摘 要 本機(jī)器用于剪切厚度為16mm,寬度為2500mm的鋼板。 被剪切板料強(qiáng)度以450N/mm2為準(zhǔn),如需剪切其它強(qiáng)度的板料時,應(yīng)相應(yīng)減薄被剪板料的厚度。 本機(jī)器采用鋼板焊接結(jié)構(gòu),液壓傳動,氮?dú)飧谆爻?電氣控制.工作平穩(wěn)可靠,機(jī)器體積小,重量輕,剛性好,操作方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。由于此機(jī)器設(shè)計工作量大,設(shè)計時間的限制,以及諸多因素的影響,故選其液壓控制部分作為我的設(shè)計內(nèi)容,它包括了:如何完成剪切,如何壓料及卸料的過程。 調(diào)整刃口間隙迅速方便,機(jī)器設(shè)有前后擋料,后擋料采用機(jī)械傳動,轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)器顯示數(shù)值,并能作手動微調(diào),調(diào)節(jié)方便可靠.前擋料采用標(biāo)尺計數(shù),擋塊定位,另外還設(shè)有燈光照明,便于劃線剪切,通過時間繼電器可任意調(diào)節(jié)上刀架的行程,以提高剪切窄板料的效率。關(guān)鍵字:剪板機(jī);液壓;繼電器; AbstractThe machine used to cut the thickness of 1 6mm, a width of 2500mm of steel.Material strength is the clipboard to 450N/mm2 prevail, For other strength of the sheet metal shear, should accordingly be shear thinning in the thickness of material.This machine adopts steel plate welded structure, hydraulic drive, nitrogen cylinder, stead, electrical control.
