1、 Period 5 Writing 讀后續(xù)寫——?jiǎng)游锩鑼? 技法指導(dǎo) 讀后續(xù)寫的文章要注意以下幾點(diǎn): 第一點(diǎn):讀懂前文,把握文章的關(guān)鍵信息和語言特點(diǎn)。 第二點(diǎn):按照原文中事件發(fā)生的邏輯性,構(gòu)思好情節(jié)發(fā)展,這個(gè)發(fā)展須符合情節(jié)內(nèi)在的邏輯。 第三點(diǎn):要注意保持卷面整潔,字體工整清晰;嚴(yán)格控制字?jǐn)?shù)。 典例演練 閱讀下面短文,根據(jù)所給情節(jié)進(jìn)行續(xù)寫,使之構(gòu)成一個(gè)完整的故事。 Brady is a recently retired search and rescue dog. He is not happy and misses his owner Al because Al has
2、 gone out on a rescue mission without him. Al's nephew Steve decides to take Brady along when he and his friend Zach go on an overnight hike. But suddenly Steve and Zach smelled something burning and they realized that lightning has set the woods on fire. Wind-blown flame had leaped from the top of
3、one tree to another. The long dry summer had turned the forest into a tinderbox (危機(jī)四伏的地區(qū)), and the thunderstorm wasn't helping much. It had more wind and lightning than rain. Zach pulled Steve's arm. “Let's go! We can make it back to the river we crossed today.” Brady barked_a_sharp_warning. Ahead
4、 of them lay a dense curtain of smoke across the trail. They'd never make it through that—they'd have to find another escape_route. The dog was tugging (拖,拉) at his leash (皮帶) trying to draw them away from the smoke. This was what Brady was trained to do, and yet Steve was uneasy. It seemed to him t
5、hey were moving away from the river. Brady lifted his head and snuffed (出聲地嗅) the smoke-laden wind. Next moment, the dog bounded away and disappeared. The boys yelled and shouted for him, but he didn't come back. They had no choice but to leave him behind. Heartsick, Steve helped Zach up the slope.

It seemed a century had passed, a lake with a boat on its surface, came into sight. “Wow! Thank you, Brady! You saved us all!” So far, it taught us that animals are worth
