2、計(jì)(論文)摘要大型工件、物品的搬運(yùn)常采用助推器輔助搬運(yùn)完成作業(yè),主要有機(jī)械式、氣動(dòng)式、電動(dòng)式、液壓式等,其工作性能各有優(yōu)劣,有特定的適用場(chǎng)合。鐵路機(jī)車或車輛檢修維護(hù)時(shí)的移動(dòng)一直采用牽引機(jī)車或牽車機(jī)構(gòu)牽引,而牽引機(jī)車一般為內(nèi)燃機(jī)車,不適合在機(jī)車或車輛檢修要求越來越高的庫內(nèi)牽引機(jī)車用,而牽車機(jī)構(gòu)一般為鏈?zhǔn)絺鬏敊C(jī)構(gòu),其安裝空間需要利用軌道中間的部分空間,且建造成本高、運(yùn)行不穩(wěn)定、維護(hù)成本較高和驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)的防水防潮功能要求較高,使用效果一直不理想。本文擬在綜合分析比較現(xiàn)有搬運(yùn)助推器的工作原理、組成結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過分析機(jī)車轉(zhuǎn)向架與助推器的受力作用情況,運(yùn)用ADAMS軟件對(duì)助推器的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行建模和運(yùn)動(dòng)仿
3、真,確定了執(zhí)行桿件的運(yùn)作方式和受力作用情況,進(jìn)一步校核各部件,設(shè)計(jì)出一種用于搬運(yùn)不同規(guī)格機(jī)車轉(zhuǎn)向架、適合機(jī)車車間工作條件的低耗高效便攜式助推器。結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,方便組裝,方便工人操作的便攜式機(jī)車牽車裝置,為機(jī)車檢修時(shí)方便進(jìn)出檢修庫用。關(guān)鍵詞:助推器;高效;便捷;ADAMS;仿真機(jī)車轉(zhuǎn)向架助推器設(shè)計(jì)AbstractLargeworkpieceandgoodstransportoftenuseboosterstohelptofinishthework.Themainmeansaremechanical,pneumatic,electric,hydraulic.Everymeanshasitsownadv

5、equestmoreandmorehighinlocomotiveandvehiclemaintenance.Thetractionmechanismisusuallyakindofchaintransmissionmechanism.Themiddlepartofthespaceoftheorbitisrequiredfortheinstallationspace,withhighconstructioncosts,unstableoperation,highmaintenancecostsandthehigherrequirementsfordrivemotorswaterprooffun
6、ction.Sotheusingeffecthasnotbeenideal.Thisarticleisonthecomprehensiveanalysisoftheworkingprincipleandexistingboostersstructure.Byanalyzingtheforceconditionofthelocomotivebogieandthebooster,usingtheAdamssoftwareformodelingandmotionsimulationoftheexecutivemechanismofthebooster.Sotheexecutivemembersope
7、rationmodeandtheforcefunctionaredetermined,furthercheckingotherparts,designingakindofportableboosterwithhighefficiencyandlowconsumptionforthetransportofdifferentspecificationsofbogies.Anditissuitableforthelocomotiveworkshopsworkingconditions.Itisakindofportabletractiondevicewithsimplestructure,conve
