The Design and Motion Analysis of Hydraulic Excavator's Working Mechanism
Abstract
The hydraulic excavator is one of the most important construction machineries, and includes the higher technical specification. Working device is the main equipment of the Hydraulic Excavator. The design of hinge points and concrete structures is an important factor which has a decisive influence on the use of working device. And it affects the quality of the end-use performance. Therefore, the research of the hydraulic excavator is necessary. Motion simulation is down after modeling by SolidWorks .This method of design can greatly reduce the design cycle. Also it can quickly adapt to the needs of market competition, has significant social value and economic value.
Main contents contained in the article are following:
1) The comprehensive analysis and selection of excavator working mechanism type;
2) The structure design and size calculation of hydraulic excavator working equipment;
3) The hydraulic system design of working device;
