(二)工程技術的同時還與實際:在實用技術研究、商品化軟件尚未出生,而外國公司已推出的商業(yè)軟件(如:親工程首,隨CADDS5). (2)在政府方面,政府應發(fā)揮協(xié)調(diào)職能,組織企業(yè)和科研部門的多方面、多層次的合作,加強科學研究,推廣和應用要組織多學科、跨地區(qū)的研究力量的共同問題; 從加強宏觀指導下的現(xiàn)代集成制造系統(tǒng) 我們集中智慧,制定符合中國發(fā)展計劃\國情和實施這一計劃的實施.
