1、 一、 垃圾分選系統(tǒng) 垃圾分選,歷來是垃圾處理技術(shù)的瓶頸,不管是焚燒、填埋處理工藝,還是綜合處理工藝,很多失敗案例都是因?yàn)槔诌x不徹底, 導(dǎo)致下工序無法處理而使整條生產(chǎn)線都不能正常運(yùn)行。城市生活垃圾“ LJ”五化處理技術(shù) -- 垃圾分選系統(tǒng),是該技術(shù)的核心, 該系統(tǒng)通過垃圾均勻給料、 大件垃圾自動(dòng)分選系統(tǒng)、 大件垃圾破碎系統(tǒng)、袋裝垃圾自動(dòng)破袋、 大塊有機(jī)物自動(dòng)破碎系統(tǒng)、 全封閉機(jī)械化風(fēng)選系 統(tǒng)、塑料水選系統(tǒng)、有機(jī)物高溫高壓水解水熱氧化“熱選”系統(tǒng)等工藝處理后, 可將城市生活垃圾分選為: 1) 無機(jī)物類; 2) 砂土類; 3) 有機(jī)物類; 4)
2、不 可回收可燃物類 (若輔以簡(jiǎn)單人工分選, 還可以分出硬質(zhì)塑料、 橡膠等); 5) 薄 膜塑料類; 6) 鐵磁物類 . 以上垃圾,分選純度均可達(dá)到 85%以上,薄膜塑料分選純度可達(dá)到 90%以上,為 下工序垃圾處理的“資源化、產(chǎn)業(yè)化”打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。 混合是垃圾,分類是資源。 Waste Sorting System Waste separation has always been the bottleneck of waste disposal tec

7、astic reaches more than 90%, lay a solid foundation for next treatment of“Resource and Industrialize ” Mixing is Rubbish, while Classifying is Resource 二、有機(jī)物高溫高壓水解水熱氧化制肥系統(tǒng) 該系統(tǒng)是“ LJ”五化處理技術(shù)的核心技術(shù)之一,前處理系統(tǒng)分選出來的有機(jī)物 , 經(jīng)高溫高壓水解水熱氧化釜在溫度 193 C、壓力 1.25Mpa 的條件下,反應(yīng) 2 小時(shí),徹底消滅了病蟲害和雜
8、菌, 并使有機(jī)物中的大分子鏈斷成易于農(nóng)作物吸收的小分子鏈,由于有機(jī)物在高溫高壓反應(yīng)過程中, 產(chǎn)生了大量的糖分和腐殖酸, 所以該肥料養(yǎng)分充足, 是綠色食品的必用肥料。 根據(jù)市場(chǎng)需求, 配入其它養(yǎng)分即可生產(chǎn)出各種高效有機(jī)無機(jī)復(fù)混生態(tài)農(nóng)作物專用肥。 以有機(jī)物為主的垃圾,經(jīng)過 2 個(gè)小時(shí)左右的“水解”處理后,其中, 95%以上的有機(jī)垃圾在水解噴爆過程中被膨化成棕褐色粉末, 降解為有益于農(nóng)作物生長(zhǎng)的優(yōu) 質(zhì)有機(jī)肥,然后經(jīng)過烘干、篩分,把有機(jī)質(zhì)粉末與其它未降解物徹底分離。該工 序能將不可降解的無機(jī)物與有機(jī)物徹底分選開來,所以也叫“熱選” 。該工序所需熱能來自焚燒系統(tǒng)的余熱鍋
9、爐, 能源循環(huán)利用, 以垃圾處理垃圾, 大大地降低了垃圾處理成本。高溫高壓水解水熱氧化技術(shù)的作用: 1, 把大分子鏈斷為短分子鏈。 2, 加速糖類、腐殖酸的轉(zhuǎn)換,提高有機(jī)肥的質(zhì)量。 3, 滅菌徹底,完全實(shí)現(xiàn)了無害化處理。 Organic High Temperature and Pressure Hydrolysis and Oxidation Composting System The system is the core technology in “LJ”

12、with other nutrients to produce a variety of organic and inorganic specific ecological compound fertilizer for crops. The garbage dominated by organic waste, after about 2 hours “ hydrolysis ” treatment, more than 95% organic waste of them were e
13、xtruded into brown powders during the hydrolysis jet explosion process, and degrade to quality organic fertilizer benefit for the growth of crops. And though drying and screening, absolutely separate organic powders and other undegraded matter. This process can comp
14、letely separate the undegraded inorganic waste and organic waste, so called “hot election ”. The heat required by this process from the waste heat boiler system can recycle, use waste to dispose waste, will greatly reduce the waste disposal costs.

16、r Complete sterilization, the full realization of the sound processing 三、不可回收類可燃物焚燒、余熱利用系統(tǒng) 經(jīng)綜合風(fēng)選機(jī)分選出來的高熱值可燃物,如竹木制品、硬質(zhì)塑料、廢橡膠、破衣物及其它可燃物, 具有不可回收、 但熱值很高的特點(diǎn), 此類垃圾配入能抑制和吸附氯化物、防止二惡英產(chǎn)生的添加劑和粘接劑, 按一定比例混合, 進(jìn)入焚燒爐焚燒。由于添加劑對(duì)可燃物燃燒過程中產(chǎn)生的 Hce 氣體有特殊的吸附作用,所以,有效地抑制了 “二惡英”一類有害氣體的產(chǎn)生。 焚燒爐產(chǎn)生的熱能供給余熱鍋爐,余熱鍋爐產(chǎn)生的過熱蒸
17、氣供給本廠水解水熱氧化制肥車間, 多余熱能或發(fā)電或給居民集中供熱或給酒店、賓館、洗浴中心供熱水。 該焚燒爐為立式富氧焚燒爐, 可燃物進(jìn)料自上而下, 焚燒爐火焰自下而上, 可燃物與火焰逆向而行, 邊焚燒邊烘干, 加之內(nèi)部出渣爐箅為塔形旋轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)構(gòu), 所以焚燒徹底,無需加煤或噴油。由于前分選分類比較徹底,很少有塑料焚燒,所以很 少產(chǎn)生有害氣體,大大節(jié)約了廢氣處理成本,為其它焚燒爐的五分之一。 創(chuàng)新環(huán)??萍?, 提倡綠色焚燒。 Non-recyclable fuel burn and residual heat utilize system

21、ed from the top to the bottom, reserve the line of the blame, burning with the drying, and grate within the slag is the rotating tower structure, so it can completely burn without adding coal or fuel. For the thorough sorting classification of the former, there
22、is little plastic to burn, and generate little harm gas, which significantly saves the cost of waste gas treatment, only one-fifth of other incinerators. 23、。由于爐渣是通過高溫焚燒形成的產(chǎn)物,一方面自身具有一定的強(qiáng)度, 相當(dāng)于 110 號(hào)的成品水泥, 另一方面高溫焚燒徹底, 無污染,符合 GB508.3-1996 《危險(xiǎn)廢物鑒別標(biāo)準(zhǔn)—浸出毒性鑒別》 。本套系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的無機(jī)物垃圾、爐渣可以綜合利用,將無機(jī)物垃圾、爐渣制成空心磚、道板磚等系列建材產(chǎn)品。既可增加垃圾處理廠的收入,減輕運(yùn)行費(fèi)用,又解決了無機(jī)物垃圾、爐渣的出路。 主要品種為:增光西班牙道板、機(jī)壓西班牙道板、增光草坪磚、機(jī)壓六角磚、機(jī)壓扭曲磚、機(jī)壓彩色路沿石系列、機(jī)壓空心磚等。 生產(chǎn)的多孔固化垃圾多孔磚需達(dá)到《燒結(jié)多孔磚》 (GB13544-2000)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的同時(shí),還需滿足

28、, to reach standard of Q/JK01-2004 “ Curing garbage brick ”. 五、塑料煉油系統(tǒng) 經(jīng)綜合風(fēng)選機(jī)分選出來的塑料為混合塑料, 經(jīng)人工或機(jī)械精選后, 可制粒的、附加值比較高的優(yōu)質(zhì)塑料去向塑料制粒車間。不可制粒的其它劣質(zhì)塑料和廢舊輪 胎、鞋底類橡膠等去向煉油車間。該設(shè)備還可將廢機(jī)油、廢柴油、動(dòng)物脂肪等提煉成燃料油。 技術(shù)特色 1、進(jìn)料連續(xù)化 該設(shè)備采用一種特殊結(jié)構(gòu)的液體自動(dòng)密封提升器和氣密推 進(jìn)器將原料順利送入連續(xù)反應(yīng)釜, 其關(guān)鍵技術(shù)在于反應(yīng)釜內(nèi) “油氣自動(dòng)止回器

Combustion system of continuous purification and recovery of dry combustible gas. 六、塑料制粒系統(tǒng) 綜合風(fēng)選機(jī)分選出來的混合塑料,經(jīng)人工或機(jī)械精選后,優(yōu)質(zhì)塑料進(jìn)入搓洗池,其余劣質(zhì)塑料去向塑料煉油系統(tǒng)或者直接回收。 優(yōu)質(zhì)塑料進(jìn)入搓洗池經(jīng)搓
38、洗機(jī)搓洗后,塑料因其比重未發(fā)生變化,仍然漂浮 在水面,搓洗機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)帶動(dòng)水流向前流動(dòng)時(shí), 塑料也隨著往前移動(dòng), 搓洗池邊放置 一塑料撈出機(jī),將撈出的塑料輸送至塑料破碎機(jī)進(jìn)行破碎,破碎后的塑料經(jīng) 3 級(jí)漂洗、擰干后,進(jìn)入塑料制粒機(jī)制粒;其余垃圾因搓洗破碎后吸濕,其比重發(fā) 生變化,沉降到水池中部或底部, 經(jīng)泥漿泵連同污水一起去向沉降池, 經(jīng) 4 級(jí)沉降后,清洗水循環(huán)使用,沉淀物去向污泥壓濾機(jī),污泥去向水解罐制肥,壓濾水 去向一級(jí)沉降池。 清水補(bǔ)充在第 3 級(jí)漂洗池,與塑料逆向而行, 徹底保證了清洗后塑料的清潔。每清洗 1 噸塑料大約需用水 10 噸,循環(huán)使用后,

40、rub pool, and other low-grade plastic will be sent to oil refining system or recycling. Whenthe high quality plastic in scrub pool was rubbed, because the weight of the plastic did not change, still floating in the water, and moving forward along
41、 with the flow water driven by the rotation of the scrub machine. There is a remove machine for plastic beside the scrub pool. Then the plastic removed from the pool will be sent to plastic crusher to broke , and then by three rinse and wring, into plastic granulate system. Oth
42、er waste absorb moisture after scrub and broke, the weight changes, and settle to the middle or the bottom of the pond, together with the mud and sewerage to the settlement pond. After the four-stage settlement, the wash water recycle, the precipitate goes to the
43、 sludge filter press, the sludge goes to hydrolysis tank to compost, and the pressure filtration water goes to a sedimentation tank. Weadd water in three-stage rinse tank, reverse the line of the plastic, absolutely ensure that the cleanliness of the plastic. We need about 10 tons of water for each 1 ton plastic, and by circulation, we just need 1 tons of fresh water for 1 ton plastic. Hazardous for Burning, Treasure for Using
