摘 要
隨著市場經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,工程機械市場的需求不斷增大,從而配套的機器維修產(chǎn)品也急切需要得到創(chuàng)新和改進。許多工程機械像卡車、載重車、各類軍車、集裝箱卡車、槽車、大客車、礦車、自卸車、拖拉機、各種專用車輛在野外作業(yè)是很容易出現(xiàn)故障的,其中一些故障像輪胎破裂和螺母松動這樣的情況,就需要馬上對此機械進行維修,但是請專門的服務(wù)人員來維修又有諸多不便,為了滿足市場的需求,本課題研究的是一種能夠快速擰松(緊)螺母的增力機構(gòu)——行星式卸胎器。本文在分析比較多種常見的增力機構(gòu)的優(yōu)缺點后而改進一種增力機構(gòu)(行星輪系增力機構(gòu))而成的。該機構(gòu)采用的是行星輪系結(jié)構(gòu),體形小巧,效率高,攜帶方便,傳遞功率范圍大等優(yōu)點,具有很好的實用性,可以很方便為每個用戶的車上配備一個,特別是廣大農(nóng)村地區(qū),這些地方的車輛很少會去專門的服務(wù)機構(gòu)進行保養(yǎng),由于農(nóng)村路況惡劣,農(nóng)用車在路上顛簸使得車子螺母很容易松動,從而導(dǎo)致種種故障,卸胎器就能在這些故障當(dāng)中起到一定的作用,可以說這里的市場是很廣闊的。隨著人們對行星傳動技術(shù)進一步完善,這方面的應(yīng)用前景更加廣泛。本文對傳動路線的選擇及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計校核進行了詳細的計算說明,并利用pro/E完成了虛擬樣機的設(shè)計。隨后通過原理仿真對其合理性與可行性進行了驗證,取得了良好的效果。
