摘要
塔式起重機就是動臂裝在高聳塔身上部的旋轉(zhuǎn)起重機。其作業(yè)空間大,主要用于房屋建筑施工中物料的垂直和水平輸送及建筑構(gòu)件的安裝。
本次設(shè)計的題目是QTZ125塔式起重機總體、塔身、臂架及起升系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。本設(shè)計書主要包括四部分:第一部分主要是對現(xiàn)今國內(nèi)外塔式起重機的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、趨勢以及QTZ125塔式起重機特點、應(yīng)用場合,做了一個簡要的概述;第二部分是QTZ125塔式起重機總體方案的選擇及總體設(shè)計;第三部分是塔身設(shè)計和校核、第四部分是頂升機構(gòu)液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計及套架校核計算。
總體設(shè)計根據(jù)《塔式起重機設(shè)計規(guī)范》制定總體設(shè)計原則及選擇主要性能技術(shù)參數(shù),然后綜合考慮塔機的強度、剛度、穩(wěn)定性、各種工況下的外載荷以及塔機的經(jīng)濟性,從而選出合理的設(shè)計方案。按塔身受載最小的原則確定平衡重的質(zhì)量;再計算塔機風力和抗傾覆穩(wěn)定性。
塔身設(shè)計包括塔身標準節(jié)選取、塔身受力分析、塔身及連接校核。塔身由豎向的立柱和斜向腹桿構(gòu)成,立柱主要承擔豎向的荷載,腹桿則主要配合立柱受力,它主要在塔身承受扭轉(zhuǎn)時發(fā)揮作用。塔身受力分工作和非工作兩種狀態(tài),兩種狀態(tài)分析方法相同。本設(shè)計的塔身為獨立式塔身,其力學(xué)模型可看作是一端獨立一端自由的壓彎桿件。
起升機構(gòu)頂?shù)脑O(shè)計主要包括電動機、聯(lián)軸器、制動器的選擇,卷筒、吊鉤、
鋼絲繩的選擇。起升機構(gòu)的主要作用是起升重物。
