九噸級驅(qū)動橋主減速器設計
摘要:主減速器、差速器、半軸和橋殼是驅(qū)動橋內(nèi)部組成最重要的四個部分,我們都知道,驅(qū)動橋其最重要也是其最基礎的功能,是為了能夠增大從傳動軸或變速器兩方面所傳來的轉(zhuǎn)矩,然后再把轉(zhuǎn)矩分配給所需的驅(qū)動車輪使用,讓驅(qū)動車輪具有我們想要的那種差速功能;此外,其還要具有能經(jīng)受各種力或者力矩的能力。
作為汽車最重要的組成部分,驅(qū)動橋的好與不好將會直接影響我們設計汽車的整體性能,而對于大型載貨汽車來說,其就會顯得更加重要。為了能達到汽車在重載的高效率和高效益,我們要為汽車安裝一個具有高效率的驅(qū)動橋。而我們還應考慮其地的一些問題,比如其最小離地間隙,所以我們設計時的齒輪要小些。判斷各種原因后,本次設計我決定選用一款雙級主減速器,參照我們傳統(tǒng)的設計方法來進行。本設計我的首要目標,就是確定的設計部件的結構和參數(shù);我又參考了其他主減速器結構,給出了本次總體設計方案;最后,我還為主、從動錐齒輪也進行了使用壽命的校核工作。本次設計決定選用圓弧錐齒輪來作為汽車的主減速器。

Design of the main reducer of nine ton drive axle

When a large high-power engine torque output to meet the current truck fast, heavy load high efficiency, need high efficiency, must be an efficient and reliable collocation drive bridge. Considering there must be sufficient ground clearance, the size of the internal gear drive axle can not be too large, so a two-stage main reducer. According to the traditional design method of main drive axle reducer of 9 ton truck drive axle main reducer design. Firstly, determine the main structure type the main components and To design parameters; and then refer to the similar driving axle main reducer structure, determine the overall design plan; at the end of the main, driven bevel gear check the life-span. This paper does not use the traditional hypoid gear as truck main reducer, instead of using the arc bevel gear.

作為汽車最重要的組成部分,驅(qū)動橋的好與不好將會直接影響我們設計汽車的整體性能,而對于大型載貨汽車來說,其就會顯得更加重要。為了能達到汽車在重載的高效率和高效益,我們要為汽車安裝一個具有高效率的驅(qū)動橋。而我們還應考慮其地的一些問題,比如其最小離地間隙,所以我們設計時的齒輪要小些。判斷各種原因后,本次設計我決定選用一款雙級主減速器,參照我們傳統(tǒng)的設計方法來進行。本設計我的首要目標,就是確定的設計部件的結構和參數(shù);我又參考了其他主減速器結構,給出了本次總體設計方案;最后,我還為主、從動錐齒輪也進行了使用壽命的校核工作。本次設計決定選用圓弧錐齒輪來作為汽車的主減速器。

This paper does not use the traditional hypoid gear as truck main reducer, instead of using the arc bevel gear.
