復(fù)合材料的橋塞卡瓦壓模設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要] 酚醛樹(shù)脂有良好的力學(xué)性能和耐熱性能,尤其具有突出耐瞬時(shí)高溫?zé)g性能。利用復(fù)合材料制作的橋塞卡瓦代替鑄鐵卡瓦,其獨(dú)特的材料主要由玻璃纖維和環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂粘合而成,提高了橋塞的可鉆性和耐蝕性,延長(zhǎng)使用壽命,節(jié)省鉆銑和打撈時(shí)間。制造卡瓦時(shí)采用現(xiàn)代模具加工技術(shù),選用壓模成型。在卡瓦本體固化成型之前壓入牙齒,解決了以前預(yù)留孔與卡瓦連接的困難,實(shí)現(xiàn)卡瓦的批量生產(chǎn)。研究難點(diǎn)在于牙齒為是陶瓷材料,而壓入時(shí),陶瓷的強(qiáng)度不夠,須用玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)的酚醛樹(shù)脂在外面包裹一層,以使牙齒達(dá)到強(qiáng)度要求,如何包上樹(shù)脂重點(diǎn)。這里在牙齒外面套上一層樹(shù)脂環(huán),采用物理固定的方法,加上合適的工藝,能將復(fù)合材料的橋塞卡瓦增強(qiáng)提高很多,實(shí)現(xiàn)70MPa壓差的復(fù)合材料。

The Design of the Die for Pressing Bridge Plug Slip by Composite Materials

[Abstract]: Phenolic resin has good mechanical properties and heat resistance,especially, the outstanding resistance to high temperature ablation. The bridge plug slip by composite materials instead of cast iron,its unique material is mainly composed of glass fiber and epoxy resin adhesive. Improve the bridge plug can be drilled and corrosion resistance,increase of service life of slip,Saving drilling and milling and fishing time. Manufacturing the slips by modern mold processing technology, selection of compression molding .Press in the teeth in compression molding before slip body curing, solved the difficulties reserving of hole and slip connection previously,realization of slip mass production. Study on the difficulty lies in the teeth as ceramic materials, and indentation, ceramic strength is not enough, must be phenolic resin reinforced with glass fiber coated with a layer of outside, so that the teeth meet strength requirements, how to package resin key. Here in the teeth are covered by a layer of resin ring, using the method of physical fixed, plus the appropriate process, the bridge plug slip by the composites improve a lot, may realize composite 70MPa differential pressure.
