摩托車尾燈罩注塑模設(shè)計(jì)
摘要
分析了摩托車尾燈罩的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),介紹了該塑料件的注塑模具結(jié)構(gòu),以及該模具設(shè)計(jì)中澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)面積比和流動(dòng)比的校核方法。還介紹了此模具抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)及復(fù)位機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),以及在進(jìn)行冷卻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)確定冷卻水管數(shù)目的詳細(xì)計(jì)算過(guò)程及模具中部分零件的材料選用。
該模具結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,合理經(jīng)生產(chǎn)使用,各部分動(dòng)作準(zhǔn)確可靠,有效地解決了點(diǎn)澆口注射成型模成型薄壁制品常見(jiàn)的缺陷問(wèn)題,塑件質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定,符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,
可以實(shí)現(xiàn)大批量生產(chǎn),而且生產(chǎn)效率高。
