該落料沖孔復(fù)合模為倒裝式復(fù)合模，并采用了少廢料排樣中的直排形式，節(jié)省材料的浪費(fèi)，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單?？梢灾苯永脡毫C(jī)的打桿裝置進(jìn)行推件，操作簡(jiǎn)單。采用彈性橡膠作為壓料裝置，壓邊力較為均勻。
