臺(tái)面框塑料注塑模
摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)題目為臺(tái)面柜的注射模具設(shè)計(jì)，體現(xiàn)了注射模具的設(shè)計(jì)要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義。通過(guò)對(duì)該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者注射模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的注射模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用典型的注射模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，首先分析了塑料的性能要求，為選取模具的類型做好了準(zhǔn)備；然后計(jì)算了塑件的脫模力，便于確定注射機(jī)；因該模具采用倒裝結(jié)構(gòu)，故選用了加長(zhǎng)噴嘴進(jìn)行注塑；最后分析了塑件的特征，確定模具的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)及頂出裝置的選取。
本設(shè)計(jì)采用了多頂桿脫模機(jī)構(gòu)，保證了制件順利脫模。

Finally, the plastic parts of the characteristics of the die to determine design parameters and design features of the device from the top selection.
This was designed with ramps mandrel ejection mechanism, assurance the lastics combinations to mould unloading favorably.
