摘 要
文章介紹了專用四面刨的的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及其發(fā)展前景，聯(lián)系了當(dāng)前木工四面刨機(jī)床的市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀，探討的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)木工四面刨機(jī)床的發(fā)展的作用，為了當(dāng)前市場(chǎng)的需求專用四面刨更受到人們的青睞，本文主要是針對(duì)四面刨的活動(dòng)平臺(tái)、固定平臺(tái)，升降機(jī)構(gòu)、送料機(jī)構(gòu)、切削機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)并介紹了一些有關(guān)當(dāng)今四面刨遇到的問題及其解決辦法，四面刨床主要是由床身、工作臺(tái)、切削機(jī)構(gòu)、進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)、壓緊裝置、導(dǎo)板及操縱機(jī)構(gòu)等零件組成。優(yōu)秀的四面刨一般都是結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，工作臺(tái)面鍍硬絡(luò)，經(jīng)久耐用的。并且主軸特殊加工，精度要好。送料系統(tǒng)，最好是采用無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速機(jī)構(gòu)，送料輥與減速機(jī)構(gòu)之間用萬(wàn)向節(jié)聯(lián)結(jié)傳動(dòng)，才能傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，送料才能強(qiáng)勁有力。進(jìn)入了二十一世紀(jì)以后隨著城市化進(jìn)度的推進(jìn)，人們對(duì)適于加工各種木料、木質(zhì)板、四面開榫的地板塊或木線條的加工有了更深層次的需求，而木工四面刨機(jī)床的應(yīng)運(yùn)而生恰恰滿足了此種需求。

ABSTRACT

Feed system, it is best to adopt stepless speed regulation body, feed rollers and the slowdown between the transmission link with universal joints in order to drive steady, strong in order to feed.
