南昌航空大學科技學院學士學位論文液壓挖掘機行走裝置設(shè)計學生姓名:樂晨輝 班級:0781052指導(dǎo)教師:邢普摘要:。在本次設(shè)計中,由于輪式行走機構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊且工作效率高,通 過比較采用了輪胎式行走裝置來滿足設(shè)計要求。 根據(jù)設(shè)計要求,機重為 11 噸;輪胎規(guī)格為 9.00-20;輪胎動力半徑 r =0.491 米。挖掘機最大 牽引力 P =0.6 機重;發(fā)動機功率w kN=58.8KW,轉(zhuǎn)速 2000r/min;油泵最大流量 2100l/min;最大工作壓力 21MPa。最高行駛速度 31Km/h,設(shè)計取全 橋驅(qū)動。上部 轉(zhuǎn)臺是全回轉(zhuǎn)式,因此它可在一個更大的范圍內(nèi)工作。又因采用液壓機械傳動控制而使整機性能得以改善。與傳統(tǒng)機械式挖掘機相比,其行走能力提高到了很多。本次設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容為:液壓挖掘機行走裝置方案設(shè)計;繪制裝配草圖和總裝配圖;動力源選擇及有關(guān)參數(shù)的確定;行走裝置牽引力的計算;傳動方式比較與選擇、傳動方案的確定及傳動系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)設(shè)計;行星減速器及零、部件的設(shè)計計算,主要零件強度校核;繪制零、部件 圖和總裝配圖, 進行仿真設(shè)計,編寫設(shè)計計算說明書。本設(shè)計的主要特點是:方案設(shè)計中提出多種方案,從可靠性、可實現(xiàn)性、 綜合性能等進行方案比較,選擇方案。其構(gòu)造特點是行走部件之間的傳動采用齒輪傳動和液壓傳動,通 過油缸的伸縮來實現(xiàn) 挖掘行走過程中的動力傳遞。差速器與回轉(zhuǎn)平臺鉸接技術(shù)設(shè)計中應(yīng)考慮總體配置合理、安全;選材、加工方法和技術(shù)條件參閱相關(guān)技術(shù)資料;圖紙按照所設(shè)計的參數(shù)進行繪制。充分注意整機各子系統(tǒng)之間的相關(guān)性,力求整機性能的一致性和最優(yōu)化性。從中可以看出整機作業(yè)能力有了很大的改進,不僅行走速度快,且整體挖掘機器重量輕 ,傳動平穩(wěn),作業(yè)效率高,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。關(guān)鍵詞:液壓挖掘機 行走裝置 減速器指導(dǎo)教師簽名:南昌航空大學科技學院學士學位論文Hydraulic excavator equipment designStudent name:LeChenHui Class:0781052Supervisor:XingPuAbstract:In this design, because the compact wheel running gear is high efficiency, by comparing the use of a tire to meet the design requirements of walking devices.According to design requirements, machine weight 11 tons; tire sizes 9.00-20; tire dynamic radius r = 0.491 meters.
