摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)包括三個(gè)部分:一般設(shè)計(jì)部分、專題設(shè)計(jì)部分和翻譯部分。
一般部分為張小樓礦0.9Mt/a的新井設(shè)計(jì)。全篇共分為十個(gè)部分:1.礦井概況及井田地質(zhì)特征;2.井田境界和儲(chǔ)量;3.礦井生產(chǎn)能力、服務(wù)年限及工作制度;4.井田開拓;5.準(zhǔn)備方式—帶區(qū)巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下運(yùn)輸;8.礦井提升;9.礦井通風(fēng)與安全技術(shù);10.礦井基本技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)。
張小樓煤礦位于江蘇省徐州市境內(nèi),本礦井有礦區(qū)專用鐵路,與隴海鐵路相聯(lián)接,交通十分便利。整個(gè)井田東西長(zhǎng)約5.0Km、南北寬約3.4Km,井田面積16.944Km2。主采煤層一層,即7號(hào)煤層,平均傾角16°,厚約3.2 m。井田工業(yè)儲(chǔ)量為71.53Mt,可采儲(chǔ)量47.23 Mt,礦井服務(wù)年限為40.38 a。井田地質(zhì)條件簡(jiǎn)單。表土層平均厚度87 m;礦井正常涌水量為208 m3/h,最大涌水量為268 m3/h;煤層硬度系數(shù)f=2~3,煤質(zhì)牌號(hào)為氣煤;礦井絕對(duì)瓦斯涌出量為10.51 m3/min,屬低瓦斯礦井;煤層有自燃發(fā)火傾向,發(fā)火期5~12個(gè)月,煤塵具有爆炸危險(xiǎn)性。
張小樓煤礦設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)能力為0.9Mt/a,服務(wù)年限為40.38年。礦井采用立井兩水平加暗斜井開拓方式。設(shè)計(jì)首采區(qū)采用采區(qū)準(zhǔn)備方式,工作面長(zhǎng)度180 m,采用一次采全高采煤法,全部垮落法處理采空區(qū)。礦井采用“三八”制作業(yè),兩班生產(chǎn),一班檢修。生產(chǎn)班每班3個(gè)循環(huán),日進(jìn)6個(gè)循環(huán),循環(huán)進(jìn)尺0.6 m,日產(chǎn)量2626.28 t。
大巷采用帶式輸送機(jī)運(yùn)煤,輔助運(yùn)輸采用1.5 t固定箱式礦車。主井裝備一對(duì)9 t箕斗帶平衡錘提煤,副井裝備一對(duì)1.5 t礦車雙層單車罐籠擔(dān)負(fù)輔助運(yùn)輸任務(wù)。礦井采用中央并列式通風(fēng)。通風(fēng)容易時(shí)期礦井總需風(fēng)量4693.8 m3/min,礦井通風(fēng)總阻力1641 Pa,風(fēng)阻0.268N·s2/m8,等積孔2.3 m2,礦井通風(fēng)容易。礦井通風(fēng)困難時(shí)期礦井總風(fēng)量4693.8 m3/min,礦井通風(fēng)總阻力1908 Pa,風(fēng)阻0.3118N·s2/m8,等積孔2.13m2,礦井通風(fēng)容易。

ABSTRACT
This design contains three parts: the general,the special subject and the translation.
The general design is about a 0.9 Mt/a new underground mine design of Zhangxiaolou coal mine.The whole article is divided into ten parts: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.Boundary and the reserves of mine; 3.The designed productive capacity, service life and working system of mine; 4.development engineering of coalfield; 5.The layout of panels; 6. The explorer method used in coal mining; 7. Transportation of the underground; 8.The lifting of the mine; 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms.
Zhangxiaolou coal mine lies in Xuzhou, Jiangsu province. This mine has special railway and is connect to Longhai railway, the traffic is very convenient.It’s about 5.0 km on the strike and 3.4 km on the dip,with the 15.944 km2 total horizontal area.The minable coal seam of this mine is only 7 with an average thickness of 3.2 m and an average dip of 16°.The proved reserves of this coal mine are 71.53 Mt and the minable reserves are 47.23Mt, with a mine life of 40.38 a.The geological condition of the mine is relatively simple.The average thickness of topsoil is 87 m.The normal mine inflow is 208 m3/h and the maximum mine inflow is 268 m3/h. The absolutely gas discharge quantity is 10.51 m3/t .It is a lower gassy mine.It’s a coal seam liable to explosion.
The productive capacity of Zhangxiaolou Mine is 0.9 million tons per year,and the service life is 40.38 years.The mine pit uses the vertical shaft single level to add the inside slope development way. Designed first mining district makes use of the method of preparation in mining area, the length of working face is 180 m, which uses fully-mechanized coal mining technology, and fully caving method to deal with goaf. The working system is “three-eight”,with two teams mining, and the other overhauling. Every mining team makes three working cycle, with six working cycle everyday. Advance of working cycle is 0.6 m, and quantity of 2626.38ton coal is maked every day.
Main roadway makes use of belt conveyor to transport coal resource, and mine car to be assistant transport. Main shaft makes use of skip to transport coal resource, when subsidiary shaft makes use of cage to be assistant transport. In the prophase of mining the mine makes use of centralized ventilation method,when in the evening of mining the mine makes use of areas ventilation method. At the easy time of mine ventilation, the total air quantity is 4693.8 m3 per minute, the total mine ventilation resistance is 1641 Pa, the coefficient of resistance is 0.268 N·s2/m8, equivalent orifice is 2.3 m2. At the difficult time of mine ventilation, the total air quantity is about 4693.8 m3 per minute, the total mine ventilation resistance is 1908Pa, the coefficient of resistance is 0.3118 N·s2/m8, equivalent orifice is 2.13 m2.
