摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)的是機(jī)械零件的加工工序、設(shè)計(jì)方案、計(jì)算過(guò)程以及夾具設(shè)計(jì)。機(jī)械零件的表面加工方法的選擇、加工順序的安排、工序集中與分散的處理、加工階段的劃分、機(jī)床和工藝裝備的選擇、加工余量與工序尺寸及公差的確定等都是編制工藝規(guī)程的主要問(wèn)題。而夾具設(shè)計(jì)所面臨的是設(shè)計(jì)方案的確定、定位元件的選擇、定位誤差的分析與計(jì)算、夾緊力的計(jì)算、夾具體毛坯結(jié)構(gòu)及夾具元件配合的確定。還有毛坯圖、零件圖和夾具裝配圖的繪制,如何保證用技術(shù)條件是加工過(guò)程最為重要的問(wèn)題,而夾具也起著至關(guān)重要的作用。
機(jī)械零件的合理結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、加工工藝性設(shè)計(jì),保證零件的加工質(zhì)量,對(duì)提高生產(chǎn)效率有著重要意義,它是保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵所在。通過(guò)對(duì)機(jī)械零件加工過(guò)程的設(shè)計(jì),可以發(fā)現(xiàn)一個(gè)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)需要各個(gè)加工過(guò)程很好的配合才能成功。

Abstract
In this paper, the design of the fork processing speed, design, calculation and design of drilling jig. Fork the surface of the choice of processing methods, processing sequence of the arrangement, process centralization and decentralization of treatment, the division stage of processing, machine tools and process equipment selection, allowance and processes determine the size and tolerance of the preparation process are the main point of order problem. Fixture Design and facing the program is designed to identify, locate component selection, positioning errors of analysis and calculation, the calculation of clamping force, the specific folder structure and the rough with the determination of fixture elements. There are fork blank map, fixture assembly parts diagram and mapping how to ensure the technical conditions fork is the most important process, and fixture also plays a vital role.
Fork reasonable structural design, design process to ensure quality processing fork, to improve the productivity of great significance, it is to ensure that the key to product quality. Fork through the design process can be found in a product design process requires a good co-ordination to succeed.
