汽車燈罩模具設(shè)計與數(shù)控加工

摘 要:本設(shè)計的主要任務(wù)是利用Unigraphics(簡稱UG)軟件輔助三維造型(建模)以及分模。包括了建模和分模的基本流程和具體操作步驟。利用UG軟件設(shè)計注塑模具在模具制造領(lǐng)域是一項很先進的技術(shù)。UG軟件的復(fù)合建模方式在模具的三維造型設(shè)計方面具有很大的優(yōu)勢,能夠靈活的運用這種建模方式是學(xué)習(xí)UG軟件的重要性之一。本設(shè)計利用UG軟件的特色,針對塑料注塑模具的設(shè)計要求,制作了清晰、生動、形象的三維立體模型,逼真的展現(xiàn)了各個部件和系統(tǒng)的原理和工作特性。

Abstract: The main task of this design is the use of Unigraphics (abbreviated UG) software supporting the three-dimensional modeling (modeling), and the parting. Including the modeling and the basic process of parting and specific steps. Using UG software design injection mold in the mold manufacturing is a very advanced technology. UG complex modeling software, three-dimensional modeling method designed in the mold has a great advantage, flexible use of this modeling approach is the importance of learning one of UG software. The design features using UG software for plastic injection mold design, produced a clear, vivid three-dimensional models, realistic display of the various components and systems theory and operating characteristics.
