D180柴油機(jī)12孔攻絲機(jī)床及夾具設(shè)計(jì),d180,柴油機(jī),12,十二,孔攻絲,機(jī)床,夾具,設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 本課題題目為：D180柴油機(jī)機(jī)體底面孔組合鉆床及夾具設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程主要闡述了組合鉆床的工作原理，設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程，與通用機(jī)床和普通專用機(jī)床相比的優(yōu)越性，并對(duì)其主軸箱和機(jī)床夾具進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算。本課題設(shè)計(jì)的基本任務(wù)是完成機(jī)械部分的設(shè)計(jì)，主要有被加工零件的工序圖、加工示意圖、機(jī)床聯(lián)系尺寸圖、主軸箱裝配圖和機(jī)床夾具，以及重要零件的繪制。在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中根據(jù)實(shí)際情況取得相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，參考有關(guān)資料，吸取前人的設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并根據(jù)客觀實(shí)際和掌握的現(xiàn)有知識(shí)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。 主軸箱是組合機(jī)床的主要部件之一，按專業(yè)要求進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，由通用部件組成。其主要作用是：根據(jù)被加工零件的加工要求安排各主軸位置，并將動(dòng)力與運(yùn)動(dòng)由電機(jī)或動(dòng)力部件傳給各工作主軸，使之得到要求的轉(zhuǎn)速和轉(zhuǎn)向。 關(guān)鍵詞：組合鉆床，主軸箱，夾具 Abstract The topic of this task is：the bottom engine body of D180 8 holes building-block drill and its jig designing，it elaborated the principle of combination drilling machine，the design process，the superiority which compared with the universal engine bed and the ordinary special purpose machine，and carried on the design and the computation to the headstock and the engine bed jig． The basic task of the designing was the machine design，mainly on the component’s working procedure chart，the processing schematic drawing，the machine relative dimensional drawing， the headstock assembly drawing，the engine bed jig as well as the important detail drawing plan．I could obtain the correlation data in the design process according to the actual situation，the reference pertinent data，absorbing predecessor’s design experience and the exciting knowledge and making improvement according to reality and the knowledge which had grasped. The headstock is one of aggregate machine-tool’s major components，which carries on the design according to the specialized request，consisting of the common parts．Its main function is，according to the components processing request，arranging various main axles position, and bequeathing the power and the movement by the electrical machinery or the power part to each work main axle，enable it to obtain set rotational speed and direction.
