Abstract
Piling machine, machine, equipment and system, collectively referred to as "piling equipment", the main task of driving power device is the fuel chemical energy into heat energy, mechanical energy to piling machine to produce thrust ensure piling machine work and providing total body energy consumption of all machinery and equipment, and to achieve energy transformation and distribution, in order to ensure the normal work of the piling machine. Mainly used to control the lifting mechanism, support mechanism, slewing mechanism etc.. Determine the composition and main parameters of the design of driving power device, operation mode, the overall selection of the shape and stability have been introduced and summarized. According to the technical index of piling equipment and some related parameters of the design of the system, the function and working principle are analyzed preliminarily determines the basic structure and main components of the power device. Component selection is carried out in accordance with the power device performance parameters, structure frame of power device are designed and calculated and checked for the relevant part, finally through the system performance checking and verification of the fever, meet the requirements of the piling machine.

摘 要
打樁機(jī)的機(jī)械,機(jī)器,設(shè)備和系統(tǒng)等統(tǒng)稱為“打樁機(jī)動(dòng)力裝置”,打樁機(jī)動(dòng)力裝置的主要任務(wù)是將燃料化學(xué)能轉(zhuǎn)化為熱能,機(jī)械能使打樁機(jī)產(chǎn)生推進(jìn)力保證打樁機(jī)工作和提供能量消費(fèi)的全部機(jī)械設(shè)備的總合體,并實(shí)現(xiàn)能量的轉(zhuǎn)化和分配,以保證打樁機(jī)正常工作??傊?,打樁機(jī)動(dòng)力裝置是所需能量產(chǎn)生,傳遞及消耗的全部動(dòng)力機(jī)器,機(jī)械設(shè)備和系統(tǒng)的有機(jī)綜合體,是打樁機(jī)的心臟和動(dòng)脈。主要用來(lái)控制起升機(jī)構(gòu)、支撐機(jī)構(gòu)、回轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)等。本設(shè)計(jì)打樁機(jī)動(dòng)力裝置的組成及主要參數(shù)的確定,運(yùn)行方式、總體選形及穩(wěn)定性做了一定的介紹與總結(jié)。根據(jù)打樁機(jī)動(dòng)力裝置的技術(shù)指標(biāo)及一些相關(guān)參數(shù)對(duì)該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了方案設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)其功能和工作原理進(jìn)行分析初步確定了動(dòng)力裝置的基本結(jié)構(gòu)及主要元件。按照動(dòng)力裝置性能參數(shù)進(jìn)行元件的選擇計(jì)算,對(duì)動(dòng)力裝置的支架的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)并對(duì)相關(guān)部分進(jìn)行驗(yàn)算和校核,最后通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)性能的驗(yàn)算和發(fā)熱校核,滿足了該打樁機(jī)所要達(dá)到的要求。

第一章 緒論
1.1 概述
本設(shè)計(jì)介紹了一種柴油打樁機(jī)動(dòng)力裝置的工作原理及組成結(jié)構(gòu),闡述了該種打樁機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn),給出了動(dòng)力裝置的工作原理圖及主要零件的結(jié)構(gòu)圖,并且介紹柴油打樁機(jī)動(dòng)力裝置的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程及主要部分的計(jì)算。打樁機(jī)的動(dòng)力裝置的主要功能就是完成打樁施工?;壥讲裼痛驑稒C(jī)正是能夠完成各種要求的打樁機(jī)。打樁機(jī)動(dòng)力裝置共有四大部分組成:滑軌、樁架、柴油樁錘、控制系統(tǒng)[1]。本設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書主要介紹了柴油打樁機(jī)動(dòng)力裝置的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程、計(jì)算、各部件的強(qiáng)度校核。
為實(shí)現(xiàn)打樁機(jī)組裝和拆卸的方便,其樁架本身是由槽鋼和角鋼等型材用螺栓連接而成,為了使它移動(dòng)方便采用了由槽鋼和枕木組成的簡(jiǎn)單滑軌機(jī)構(gòu),防止整機(jī)在移動(dòng)時(shí)傾覆,設(shè)計(jì)了兩個(gè)夾緊液壓缸可以實(shí)現(xiàn)整機(jī)在導(dǎo)軌上的自動(dòng)夾緊與松開。另外為了實(shí)現(xiàn)不同高度的打樁要求,本打樁機(jī)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)樁錘和打樁機(jī)滑架的任意調(diào)整。
1.2 打樁機(jī)的發(fā)展背景
近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的逐步增強(qiáng),國(guó)內(nèi)各大城市的高層建筑、立交橋、海港碼頭、鐵路公路橋梁等基本建設(shè)項(xiàng)目急劇猛增, 建筑業(yè)迅速發(fā)展,大口徑基礎(chǔ)樁工程得到廣泛應(yīng)用。工業(yè)與民用建筑大量采用樁基礎(chǔ),打樁施工越來(lái)越普遍,樁機(jī)的發(fā)展越來(lái)越快,廣泛使用與城市建筑的各種樁基礎(chǔ)工程、深基坑支護(hù)工程以及防洪工程中的防滲壩工程等各類工業(yè)與民用建筑施工[2]。由于現(xiàn)代化的高層建筑、大型橋梁和港口碼頭等結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,負(fù)荷十分巨大,對(duì)基礎(chǔ)的承載能力和防止沉陷方面的要求較高。根據(jù)建設(shè)部門的資料,對(duì)高層建筑基礎(chǔ)的處理,通常是采用箱式、地下連續(xù)墻、樁等形式作為基礎(chǔ)。
