摘 要
JTP型提升絞車是一種新型的礦山輔助運(yùn)輸設(shè)備。其主要適用于煤礦井下長(zhǎng)運(yùn)距，多起伏的運(yùn)輸巷道，特別適用于大型綜采設(shè)備的運(yùn)輸牽引和長(zhǎng)運(yùn)距礦車及材料的運(yùn)輸。能大大提高運(yùn)輸效率和運(yùn)輸安全可靠性，防止放打滑現(xiàn)象。該絞車的設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)于完善提升絞車起著重要的基礎(chǔ)作用。
JTP型提升絞車主要由電動(dòng)機(jī)、聯(lián)軸器、減速器、卷筒和制動(dòng)閘等組成。本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)是減速器的設(shè)計(jì)，該傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)采用了五級(jí)傳動(dòng)，第一級(jí)為直齒圓錐齒輪傳動(dòng)，其余為圓柱直齒輪傳動(dòng)，采用了兩個(gè)對(duì)齒輪，形成封閉的傳動(dòng)路線。傳動(dòng)原理簡(jiǎn)單、可靠、高效。
JTP型絞車具有良好的防爆性能和制動(dòng)性能，容繩量大、適用條件強(qiáng)、使用壽命長(zhǎng)、傳動(dòng)效率高等特點(diǎn)。該絞車結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，外形尺寸小，能夠整機(jī)下井；結(jié)構(gòu)為近似對(duì)稱布置，外形美觀，成長(zhǎng)條形，底座呈雪橇狀；絞車重心低，底座剛性好，可安裝地錨，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，安全可靠，維護(hù)方便。

Transmission principle is simple, reliable and efficient.
JTP-hoist has a good explosion-proof performance and braking performance, large capacity to justice, conditions of application strong, long-life, high efficiency drive. The winch has compact structure, small shape size, can go down with overall unit; structure is similar to symmetrical layout, aesthetic appearance, growth strip, a sled-shaped base; the gravity centerof the winch is low, rigid base, and can be installed to anchor, a smooth operation, safe and reliable , easy maintenance.
