風(fēng)力發(fā)電偏航減速器試驗(yàn)臺(tái)摘 要:隨著能源問(wèn)題和環(huán)境問(wèn)題的日益突出,能源的開(kāi)發(fā)和利用是人類(lèi)進(jìn)入20世紀(jì)不斷探索的主題,風(fēng)力發(fā)電作為環(huán)保、經(jīng)濟(jì)型能源受到國(guó)內(nèi)外研究工作者廣泛關(guān)注,風(fēng)力發(fā)電偏航減速作為大功率風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組重要部件,其運(yùn)行狀態(tài)直接影響風(fēng)力機(jī)的運(yùn)行性能,因此,檢測(cè)風(fēng)力發(fā)電偏航減速器的性能,對(duì)保證風(fēng)力對(duì)風(fēng)裝置的運(yùn)行意義重大。本文對(duì)目前風(fēng)力發(fā)電技術(shù)的發(fā)展歷史和風(fēng)力發(fā)電偏航減速器試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的研究進(jìn)行概括。同時(shí),闡述了本課題的研究意義,并對(duì)本論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容做逐一介紹。提出了風(fēng)力發(fā)電偏航減速器功能和運(yùn)行條件要求,并闡述了風(fēng)力發(fā)電偏航減速器的工作原理和控制理論依據(jù),確定了本論文的系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,對(duì)風(fēng)力發(fā)電偏航減速器試驗(yàn)臺(tái)做了具體設(shè)計(jì),合理設(shè)計(jì)出了偏航減速器試驗(yàn)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)。最后對(duì)運(yùn)行控制部分做了具體設(shè)計(jì),畫(huà)出了電氣控制圖和程序梯形圖,闡述了測(cè)試部分的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,使風(fēng)力發(fā)電偏航減速器試驗(yàn)臺(tái)達(dá)到最好的檢測(cè)效果。關(guān)鍵字:風(fēng)力發(fā)電,偏航減速器試驗(yàn)臺(tái),控制方法,運(yùn)行控制,總結(jié)。 wind power generation test-bed of the yaw reducerAbstract: Now, energy sources consume increasing daily and environment empoison being serious gradually, Since the beginning of the 20th century, he development and utilization of energy is an issue constantly explored by human beingsWind power, as a green and economical energy source,has attracted a lot of attention from researchers and specialists home and abroadYaw reducer is the essential components of the wind device,so it has great significance to study their manufacturing technology,and its condition affects the working condition of wind turbine. So its very important for wind power generation test-bed of the yaw reducer are detected.The background of this project was presented and author overviewed development situation and current research of wind power generation test-bed of the yaw reducer. Meanwhile, the author represented the meaning of the project and put forward the main object of this research project. The proposed operation requirements and function of wind power generation test-bed of the yaw reduce, the theoretical foundation of wind power generation test-bed of the yaw reducer was built, the concrete design of wind power generation test-bed of the yaw reducer, and reasonable design of the general structure of the test-bed of the yaw reducer.Finally, the specific on operating control parts design ,and drawing the electrical control and process ladder diagram, expounds operating control part of the design process, and make the best of wind power generation test-bed of the yaw reducer.Keywords: wind power generation, test-bed of the yaw reducer, control method, operational control,summarize.- 2 -
