畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計 說 明 書 ( 論 文 ) 中 文 摘 要如今科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展很快,特別是微電子技術(shù)和計算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展更快,應(yīng)用到數(shù)控系統(tǒng)上,它既能提高機(jī)床的自動化程度,又能提高加工精度,所以最經(jīng)濟(jì)的辦法就是進(jìn)行普通機(jī)床的數(shù)控改造。本文主要是采用微機(jī)數(shù)控技術(shù)對最大加工直徑為 400mm 的普通臥式車床進(jìn)行改造設(shè)計。首先對臥式車床的改造任務(wù)和功能需求進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真分析,其次確定了普通臥式車床數(shù)控改造的總體方案,包括主傳動系統(tǒng)的改造方案、換裝自動回轉(zhuǎn)刀架、螺紋編碼器的安裝方案、進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)的改造與設(shè)計方案。最后經(jīng)過計算切削力、滾珠絲杠設(shè)計計算、齒輪及轉(zhuǎn)矩有關(guān)計算對絲杠、齒輪等進(jìn)行了選型,詳細(xì)設(shè)計出了橫向進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)。關(guān)鍵詞 數(shù)控技術(shù) 改造設(shè)計 橫向進(jìn)給 車床畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計 說 明 書 ( 論 文 ) 外 文 摘 要Title Design of Horizontal Machine based on Numerical Control Technology --Design of Lateral Feeding System AbstractToday, rapid development of science and technology, especially micro-electronics technology and computer technology have expanded rapidly, and applied to the numerical control system, it can increase the degree of automation, machine tools, can improve the machining accuracy, so the most economical way is to carry out general transformation of the NC machine tool. In this paper, using computer numerical control machining technology to the maximum diameter of 400mm for the general transformation of the design of horizontal lathe. First of all, the transformation of the horizontal lathe tasks and functions carried out a careful analysis of needs, and secondly to determine the general horizontal lathe CNC overall transformation program, including the main drive system of the transformation program, installed automatic rotary tool, the installation of encoder thread program, the transformation of feed system and design.
