河南機(jī)電高等專科學(xué)校 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 說 明 書 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)題目 接線柱注塑成型工藝與模具設(shè)計(jì) 系 部 材料工程系 專 業(yè) 模具設(shè)計(jì)與制造 班 級 模具 112 班 學(xué)生姓名 劉云昌 學(xué) 號 111304229 指導(dǎo)教師 韓艷艷 2014 年 4 月 22 日 內(nèi)容摘要 本次設(shè)計(jì)的是塑料接線柱塑料模具 體現(xiàn)了典型塑料模的設(shè)計(jì)要求 內(nèi)容 及方向 有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義 通過對該模具的設(shè)計(jì) 加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者對塑料模設(shè) 計(jì)基礎(chǔ)知識的理解和運(yùn)用 為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的塑料模具做好了鋪墊 本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用塑料模具工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識 首先分析了產(chǎn)品的性能 要求 并選定合適的材料 然后進(jìn)行了型腔分布設(shè)計(jì)以及三維立體建模 以選 取合適的分型面 最后分析了產(chǎn)品的特征 便于確定模具的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù) 設(shè)計(jì)要 點(diǎn)及卸件裝置 本設(shè)計(jì)采用了一模八腔的結(jié)構(gòu) 成型原理如下 首先將松散的粒狀或粉末 狀成型物料從注塑機(jī)的料斗送入高溫的機(jī)筒內(nèi)加熱 熔融 塑化 使之成為黏 流溶體 然后再柱塞或螺桿的高壓推動(dòng)下 以很大的流速通過機(jī)筒前端的噴射 嘴注射進(jìn)入溫度較低的閉合模具中 經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間的保壓冷卻定型時(shí)間后 即 可取出注射成型的塑膠接線柱 成型過程如下 動(dòng)定模板合模后 由注塑機(jī)注射將已加熱到熔融狀態(tài)的材料 注射入型腔 經(jīng)過主流道分流道 充滿型腔后 經(jīng)過一定的冷卻保壓后 動(dòng)定 模板分離 側(cè)抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)工作 抽芯完成后 壓力機(jī)推動(dòng)推板用頂桿推出制件 手動(dòng)取出即可 關(guān)鍵字 塑料模 材料 一模八腔 側(cè)抽芯 成型原理 成型過程 English abstract This design is about plastic binding post mold it presents the typical plastic mold design requirements there is a great significant in the concent and the directions by designing the mold it strengths the comprehension and using about the basic knowledge of designers This is a good bedding to design the more complex plastic mold The design uses basic knowledge of plastic mold art and mold designing At first we analyze the products performance and select the proper material and then design the mold cavity and it s distribution three dimension molding to choose the proper mold joint At last analyze the character of the product In order to identify the design data is the key point of the design and the equipment of the products The design use the construction of exactly eight cavity these are the principle first we send the inattentive particulate matter and powder matter to the high heat machine hopper to heat melt and make them into dissolve matter and then under the high pressure of plunger and screw they go in a quick speed through the melting jet in the head of the machine shotting the lower closed model After the pressure of dynamic fixed clamping becomes cold We can withdraw the fashioned binding post Following are the processes the shot machine send the materials to the melting stoves Passing by the primary and the secondary roads Filling with the mold and after the cold pressure they separated The side core pulling began to work When it comes to an end the pressure machine push the knockout plate and then withdraw it with your hand The keyword plastic mold material Exactly eight cavity Side core pulling Forming principle Molding process
