開水杯脹形模具設(shè)計(jì)【含5張CAD圖紙及proe三維】
摘 要
現(xiàn)階段模具設(shè)計(jì)水平的高低決定了質(zhì)量和效益,模具也在不斷地標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,本文通過分析開水杯零件,校核開水杯尺寸形狀及性能,設(shè)計(jì)了這套開水杯脹形模具。從模具設(shè)計(jì)的安全角度,到針對(duì)開水杯脹形模具各個(gè)零件之間的材料,強(qiáng)度,配合進(jìn)行了計(jì)算和校核,通過CREO、CAD的進(jìn)行沖壓模具的數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)與制造,總結(jié)了制件的工藝性,沖壓的方案,通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化國標(biāo)制件的尺寸,設(shè)計(jì)并選用了從模座、墊板,導(dǎo)柱,導(dǎo)套、上下模、模柄等一系列模具構(gòu)成部分。并解決了模具結(jié)構(gòu)形式的論證,材料的利用等問題。

ABSTRACT
At present, the level of mold design determines the quality and efficiency of the mold, the mold is also constantly standardized, this paper through the analysis of open cup parts, check the size and performance of open cup, designed the water cup bulge mold. From the safety point of view of the mold design, the material, the strength and the cooperation between the various parts of the water cup bulging mold are calculated and verified. The digital design and manufacture of the stamping die are carried out by CREO and CAD. Process, stamping program, through the standardization of GB size parts, design and selection from the mold base, pad, guide column, guide sleeve, upper and lower mold, die handle and a series of mold components. And solve the mold structure of the form of demonstration, the use of materials and other issues.
