本塑件屬于殼體類零件，同時(shí)內(nèi)側(cè)有一個(gè)螺紋，因此設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)必須考慮螺紋塑件的脫模。本設(shè)計(jì)采用螺紋塑件的旋轉(zhuǎn)脫模，所以采用自動脫模機(jī)構(gòu)。
