摘要：沖壓制品已在工業(yè)，農(nóng)業(yè)，國(guó)防和日常生活中的方面得到廣泛應(yīng)用,特別是在機(jī)械業(yè)中則為突出。機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的外殼大部分是沖壓制品，產(chǎn)品性能的提高要求高素質(zhì)的沖壓模具和沖壓性能，成型工藝和制品的設(shè)計(jì)。
沖壓制品的成型方法很多。其主要用于是沖孔，落料，彎曲，拉深等。而沖壓模，約占成型總數(shù)的60%以上。當(dāng)然如利用電氣控制，可實(shí)現(xiàn)半自動(dòng)化或自動(dòng)化作業(yè)。
冷沖沖裁模主要用于金屬制品的成型，它是沖壓制品生產(chǎn)中十分重要的工藝裝置。沖壓模的基本組成是：上下模座、下模墊板、下模固定板、凹模鑲塊、抬料釘、導(dǎo)料板、卸料板,導(dǎo)柱導(dǎo)套、卸料板彈釘、卸料板等。
沖裁模成型的廣泛適用，正是我這個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)的根本出發(fā)點(diǎn)。

Abstract：Stamping products has been extensively applied in the industry, agriculture, national defense and in the daily lives of area, especially in the machinery industry. Mechanical products is the most pressing housing products, and the improvement of product performance requires of high-quality performance stamping molds ,stamping,process and product design.
There are many ways of molding products of stamping. Piercing is mainly used for blanking, bending, stretching, etc. And Stamping molds almost form more than 60 percent of the total number. For example ,Electrical Control can be realized as semi-automatic or automatic operation.
Cold-metal stamping die mainly used for the molding products, and it is very important in the production of stamping technology devices. The basic component of stamping molds is block model from top to bottom, mould plate, fixed-plate of mould plate, die inserts, raising nails, I. plate
, plate unloading I. Introduction sets column, unloading bombs nail plate, plate Discharge and so on.
The widely application of blanking moulding is exactly the basic perpose of my design.
