糖果枕式包裝機(jī)總體設(shè)計(jì)及豎封裝置設(shè)計(jì)摘要：本課題是在目前市場(chǎng)上較熱門的包裝機(jī)械的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)其豎封裝置及總體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。該類包裝機(jī)要求傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)簡(jiǎn)潔，工作穩(wěn)定，維修保養(yǎng)簡(jiǎn)單，所有控制由軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)，方便功能調(diào)整和技術(shù)升級(jí)。在傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中，主要是對(duì)齒輪和軸的設(shè)計(jì)。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)充分體現(xiàn)了價(jià)廉物美、簡(jiǎn)單實(shí)用、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，節(jié)省材料的設(shè)計(jì)原則，同時(shí)大量地使用了通用件，降低了制造成本。在豎封裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中，主要采用了凸輪來(lái)控制豎封機(jī)構(gòu)的間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)。不但結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，而且運(yùn)動(dòng)也十分平穩(wěn)?？刂撇糠植捎萌藱C(jī)界面的PLC控制，具有故障自診斷功能和參數(shù)存儲(chǔ)功能。而且還采用了雙變頻器控制，帶長(zhǎng)即設(shè)即切，無(wú)須調(diào)節(jié)空走，一步到位，省時(shí)省膜。另外還用高感度光電眼色標(biāo)跟蹤，數(shù)字化輸入封切位置，使封切位置更加準(zhǔn)確。溫度獨(dú)立PID控制，更好適合各種包裝材料。本次設(shè)計(jì)的糖果枕式包裝機(jī)功能良好，性能可靠，操作靈活方便；在結(jié)構(gòu)上，方便工廠生產(chǎn)制造以及車間內(nèi)的安裝，在使用中，便于調(diào)試和維護(hù)；同時(shí)具有生產(chǎn)成本和使用成本低等特點(diǎn)。關(guān)鍵詞：包裝機(jī)；總體設(shè)計(jì)；豎封裝置設(shè)計(jì)The Overall Design of the Candy Pillow Type Packaging Machine and the Design of the Vertical Encapsulation Device Abstract: This topic is the design of the packing machines vertical closure device and the design of the overall structure foundation in the more popular packing machine present-market.
