摘 要：本設(shè)計(jì)題目為接水盒注塑模設(shè)計(jì)，該設(shè)計(jì)較系統(tǒng)的介紹了簡(jiǎn)單注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。同時(shí)對(duì)塑件的成形工藝及模具成型結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)塑件質(zhì)量的影響進(jìn)行分析。在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中，首先對(duì)塑件進(jìn)行工藝分析，了解塑件的材料、形狀、尺寸及精度要求，參考工藝的可行性，選擇滿足要求的工藝方案。然后我按照設(shè)計(jì)要求對(duì)組成注塑模具的成型零部件、澆注系統(tǒng)、導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)、脫模結(jié)構(gòu)、側(cè)向分型與抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)、加熱與冷卻系統(tǒng)、排氣系統(tǒng)和其它零部件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。在模具設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中較多的考慮了模具結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整性、易更換性及模具成本。從控制制件尺寸精度出發(fā)，對(duì)計(jì)算機(jī)按鍵注塑模的各主要尺寸進(jìn)行了理論計(jì)算，以確定各工作零件的尺寸。模具零件設(shè)計(jì)完畢后，對(duì)重要的工作結(jié)構(gòu)和零件進(jìn)行了校核。校核結(jié)束后對(duì)模具安裝并調(diào)試。從模具設(shè)計(jì)到零部件的加工工藝以及裝配工藝等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡述，并應(yīng)用CAD進(jìn)行各零件的設(shè)計(jì)。

The water box of plastic forming technology and die design
ABSTRACT：This design topic for water for injection mold design, the design of a system of simple injection mould design process are introduced. At the same time the shape forming technology and mould structure impact on the quality of plastic parts for analysis. In the design process, first of all plastic parts for process analysis, understand plastic material, shape, size and precision requirements, the feasibility of the reference process, choose to meet the requirements of processing plan. Then according to the design requirements of the injection mold of molding parts, pouring system, steering mechanism, demoulding structure, side parting and core-pulling mechanism, heating and cooling systems, exhaust systems, and other components. In the process of the mould design is more concerned about the mould structure adjustment, easy to replace and mould cost. Starting from the control parts size accuracy, computer keys all the main dimensions of injection mold for the theoretical calculation, to determine the dimensions of work parts. After the die parts design, structure and components of important work has carried on the check. After the check for mold installation and commissioning. From the mold design to the parts processing and assembly process in detail, and applied to CAD for the design of the parts.
