摘 要?
沖壓是機(jī)械制造業(yè)中一種較先進(jìn)的加工方法，與切削加工相比，具有材料利用率高、制品力學(xué)性能好，互換性強(qiáng)、生產(chǎn)效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。我設(shè)計(jì)的這套復(fù)合模具，采用倒裝復(fù)合模具沖壓，因?yàn)榈寡b模具有許多的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，比如說：制件精度高，由于是在沖床的一次行程內(nèi)，完成數(shù)道沖壓工序。因而不存在累積定位誤差。使沖出的制件內(nèi)外形相對位置及各件的尺寸一致性非常好，制件平直。生產(chǎn)效率高,模具結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，面積較小。由于采用彈壓卸料裝置，使沖制出的工件平整，表面質(zhì)量好。采用打料桿將工件或廢料從凹?？字写蛳拢蚨ぜ驈U料不在凹?？變?nèi)積聚，可減少工件可廢料對孔的漲力。從而可減少凹模的壁厚，使凹模的外形尺寸縮小，節(jié)約模具材料。?
? 根據(jù)零件圖的結(jié)構(gòu)分析,該零件采用倒裝復(fù)合模具沖壓比較合理。該復(fù)合模具結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)是：凸凹模安裝在下模座上，采用彈壓卸料裝置將廢料從凸凹模上卸下。而它的凹模是安裝在上模座上，因而就存在著如何將凹孔內(nèi)的工件從孔中排出的問題，故在凹模內(nèi)安裝推件塊把凹模內(nèi)的工件在沖壓完成后推出。該模具一次沖壓就可以沖出完整的產(chǎn)品。?
本論文應(yīng)用本專業(yè)所學(xué)課程的理論和生產(chǎn)實(shí)際知識(shí)進(jìn)行一次冷沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)工作的實(shí)際訓(xùn)練從而培養(yǎng)和提高學(xué)生獨(dú)立工作能力，鞏固與擴(kuò)充了冷沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)等課程所學(xué)的內(nèi)容，掌握冷沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)的方法和步驟，掌握冷沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)的基本的模具技能懂得了怎樣分析零件的工藝性，怎樣確定工藝方案，了解了模具的基本結(jié)構(gòu)，提高了計(jì)算能力，繪圖能力，熟悉了規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，同時(shí)各科相關(guān)的課程都有了全面的復(fù)習(xí)，獨(dú)立思考的能力也有了提高。?

Stamping is a kind of more advanced processing machinery manufacturing method, compared with the cutting, with high material utilization and good mechanical properties of the products, strong interchangeability, high production efficiency, etc. I design the compound die, the use of inversion compound stamping mold, because the flip mold has many advantages, such as: high precision parts, because it is in a punch stroke, complete stamping process that number. So there is no cumulative positioning error. Within the parts made out of shape the relative position and the size of each piece of very good consistency, flat parts. High production efficiency, the mould structure is compact, the area is small. Due to using pressure unloading device to produce artifacts level off, the surface quality is good. Shot is expected to adopt the workpiece or waste from the concave die hole laying, thus the workpiece or waste, not in the concave die hole accumulation, can reduce the workpiece can waste up force of hole. Which may reduce the wall thickness of die, to make the shape of the die size, mould materials saving.
According to part drawing of structure analysis, the composite die stamping parts adopt inversion is quite reasonable. The compound die structure features are: intensive installed in the mold base, with pressure unloading device will waste away from the intensive. And the die is mounted on the mold base, therefore there is how the concave hole of artifacts from the eduction in hole problem, so the ejecting block box installed in the die of the concave die in workpiece in stamping is completed. The stamping mold a can out of the complete product.
This paper applies the theory of the courses in this major knowledge and the production practice for a cold stamping die design work of practical training to cultivate and improve students' ability to work independently, to consolidate and expand the content of the course such as the cold stamping mould design, master the cold stamping mould design methods and steps, with cold stamping die mold, a basic design skills learned how to analysis technology of components, how to determine the processing plan, understand the basic structure of mould, improve the ability of calculation, drawing ability, familiar with the norms and standards, and related courses in all the subjects have a comprehensive review, independent thinking ability has been improved.
