裝載機(jī)系統(tǒng)可靠性分析與優(yōu)化的意義
裝載機(jī)是為我國(guó)"十五"和2015年長(zhǎng)期規(guī)劃中基礎(chǔ)工業(yè)和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)服務(wù)的一種重大技 術(shù)裝備,它廣泛應(yīng)用于國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的眾多領(lǐng)域,推動(dòng)國(guó)家建設(shè)事業(yè)的發(fā)展。 經(jīng)過(guò) 近 四 十年的努力,我國(guó)裝載機(jī)行業(yè)已有較大發(fā)展,但產(chǎn)品水平、規(guī)模和企業(yè)素質(zhì)與發(fā)達(dá) 國(guó)家相比,從整體上分析要差十五年左右,特別是大型裝載機(jī)差距更大,與國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目 標(biāo)和世界科學(xué)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展相比,遠(yuǎn)未改變被動(dòng)落后的局面,相反在技術(shù)上有進(jìn)一步拉大的趨勢(shì)。 國(guó)產(chǎn)裝載機(jī)以價(jià)格低,能滿足一般土石方工程鏟運(yùn)作業(yè)要求的特點(diǎn),在國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)的占有率約為 90%1,1.國(guó)產(chǎn)裝載機(jī)的價(jià)格僅為卡特彼勒、小松同類(lèi)機(jī)型的1/3,故在普通工程中有較強(qiáng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng) 力,但在國(guó)內(nèi)重點(diǎn)土石方1程中因可靠性差、壽命短,JL乎沒(méi)有一席之地,均被國(guó)外產(chǎn)品所壟斷。

機(jī)械系統(tǒng)模糊可靠性設(shè)計(jì) 以概 率 論 與數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)為數(shù)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)的可靠性設(shè)計(jì),一般稱之為常規(guī)可靠性設(shè)計(jì)或普通可靠性設(shè) 計(jì),它研究工程設(shè)計(jì)中存在的隨機(jī)現(xiàn)象,本質(zhì)上把工程設(shè)計(jì)中的設(shè)計(jì)變量處理成多值隨機(jī)變量, 從而對(duì)系統(tǒng)的有關(guān)參數(shù)和指標(biāo)予以概率意義上的設(shè)計(jì),把傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)擴(kuò)展到一個(gè)新水平。 然而, 可靠性設(shè)計(jì)存在隨機(jī)現(xiàn)象的同時(shí),還存在大量的模糊現(xiàn)象。 例如經(jīng)抽象簡(jiǎn)化的基本支座模型有三 類(lèi):固定端、簡(jiǎn)支端和自由端,自由端有明確的定義,容易識(shí)別,但對(duì)固定端、簡(jiǎn)支端就沒(méi)有明 顯的界限,對(duì)滑動(dòng)軸承而言,軸承較寬則假設(shè)為固定端,軸承較窄則假設(shè)為簡(jiǎn)支端,這里的"較 寬"和"較窄"都是模糊概念。
八十年代后期,國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)人士認(rèn)識(shí)到常規(guī)可靠性設(shè)計(jì)理論的局 限性。 常規(guī) 可 靠 性設(shè)計(jì)理論的局限性主要表現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面: 首先 , 常 規(guī)可靠性設(shè)計(jì)理論是建立在普通集合論和二值邏輯基礎(chǔ)上的。 其次 , 常 規(guī)可靠性設(shè)計(jì)理論面臨事物的復(fù)雜化與"梢確"描述事物性質(zhì)和狀態(tài)的矛盾。 最后 , 常 規(guī)可靠性設(shè)計(jì)理論缺乏必要的數(shù)據(jù)。 隨著 各 種 新型復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)的建立與工程項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,常規(guī)可靠性設(shè)計(jì)理論與工程實(shí)踐的矛盾日 益突出。 由于常規(guī)可靠性設(shè)計(jì)理論對(duì)處理模糊現(xiàn)象無(wú)能為力,迫使人們將模糊數(shù)學(xué)和常規(guī)可靠性 設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)合起來(lái)。 模糊 隨 機(jī) 可靠性設(shè)計(jì)是以模糊數(shù)學(xué)、常規(guī)可靠性設(shè)計(jì)理論為基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)考慮系統(tǒng)中的模糊現(xiàn) 象和隨機(jī)現(xiàn)象而提出的設(shè)計(jì)理論和方法。 模糊隨機(jī)可靠性設(shè)計(jì)可簡(jiǎn)稱為模糊可靠性設(shè)計(jì)。
