又發(fā)現(xiàn)了在國內(nèi)文獻中未曾提及的幾個重要原理, 即, 空氣閥未能開啟,這時反作用盤的主面由于受力而凹下,而副面相對隆起,直到反作用盤的副面隆起的高度能夠使空氣閥口開啟時, 助力器才達到平衡狀態(tài)。 反作用盤材質具有的這種即要求受力表面各處壓強相等又能夠產(chǎn)生形變的材質特征是真空助力器工作原理的核心原理之一。因此,對反作用盤的性能要求如下:①良好的密封性。反作用盤的過盈量要適當,過盈量太小不能保證密封性;過盈量太大,反作用盤側面的摩擦力加大,影響助力器的工作性能。②良好的形變能力。反作用盤的材質和形狀要有利于反作用盤的變形。The working principle of the
