3、 will be late.如果不快點，你就會遲到了。but意為“但是”，用來表示轉(zhuǎn)折關(guān)系，注意它不能與though，although連用。如：I want to help you，but I really dont know what to do.我想幫你，可是我真的不知道該做什么。He tried hard to catch up with others，but he failed.他竭力想趕上別人，但失敗了。so意為“所以，因此”用來表示因果關(guān)系，注意它不能與because，since，as連用。如：It was rather late，so we decided to go home.
